Staff was horribly untrained, front desk spoke little English and didn’t smile. Restaurant was slow, and food sizes were tiny compared to standard in Wrocław. Property did have some charm. Location was nice, and quiet.

Accommodation has well years behind it, extra bed is a punishment (better to sleep on the floor), unbelivable slowness of service during breakfast, wait for tea 20 minutes and another 20 minutes for a waffle, for a refill of juice you need to ask at least 3 times, dishes were dirty, the choice of food for breakfast was at 9 o'clock already very limited and no one is going to replenish it, parking is overpriced, Changing of hotel management would really help to improve level of accomodation

The selection of food at breakfast was a bit limited. There was a menu on my table for additional cooked items but on neither morning did a member of staff. Ask me if I wanted anything. For 10 minutes or more staff cleared plates from other tables around me without asking if I wanted any tea or coffee. In the end, I went to find someone to get some coffee. The staff didn't look particularly happy to be there, so breakfast was my major letdown in truth. If they had been quick, engaged, happy, at breakfast, I don't think I'd be writing this review. We all know that if we end up getting a great room, we are far more likely to like the hotel and stay again. I was just unlucky on this occasion to get what I consider to be a pretty depressing room. It was too big so there were lots of dead areas in the room that made no sense. My view from the window was another wall 2 feet away. The furniture looks like it needs some replacement, and I guess what makes it worse, is the last time I stayed here I had a beautiful room with a brick ceiling and patio doors leading outside. If I'd had that room again, would I be happier? Probably!

I love the location of the hotel and the idea of it. The name, the architecture and the interior design are interesting and intoxicating. The facilities in the room were okay. The TV worked and looked good, the bed was fabulous, really lovely pillows and very comfortable. The room was incredibly quiet, which for me is so important in terms of getting a good nights sleep.

asked 3 times to fix the fridge, fridge was not cooling , they installed another but same problem view out of the room was terrible , saw rats running around at the waste containers and at parking lot reception and breakfast area are dark places they have no terrace or outside place to have a drink or lunch ... Price doesn't match this accommodation, to expensive

They allow dogs and we were kept awake all night by a dog howling as it had been left alone in the room.

There were some small issues when entering the room, but the staff fixed them right away ! we got another room, and they offered us drinks, free parking en and use of the minibar for the small inconvienence.

The Granary is leaning heavy on it’s past as a unique 5 start hotel in Wrolaw. However, time has caught up on it. I stayed in a premier suite room and I was dissapinted at how many things in the room were broken or damaged. Things like the water tap in the little kitchen was loose, in the bathroom the front plate from the battub tap was missing, the lamp in the livingroom was broken, dirty stains on the ceiling and shutters, spots on the carpet etc. I don’t want to be nitpicking every little spot or scratch but there seems a general maintenance problem at this hotel. The breakfast selection was quite limited for a 5 star hotel. I really think the Granary can do much better then what it is doing right now. The building has potential for sure but it’s worn out.

Large room, big bath tub. The room has a lot of potential for sure. I love the large glass windows and they have electric shutters for privacy.

The room was prepared for two guests although it was confirmed that there would be three of us as a family. The bath tub started to leak dangerously when filled with water. We reported the accident but the staff wasn't very efficient. As a result the floor in the bathroom was completely covered with water. Eventually we were given another room and had to move there ourselves without any offer to help from the staff. There were no apologies offered for the inconvenience.

Location is very good. Room was as described and seen on the photo.

- lying at the reception desk regarding if there are room a available. they said no but booking and their page said yes - old tv where you could only watch the cable. also the main app on the tv was so old that I couldn’t download the app they were recommending to have on your phone - the hotel says you can have room service, when I actually wanted to order one they said it is impossible - hotel I so ugly from the inside. cracks on the walls, old carpet, everything needs renovation - you cannot turn off the AC and it’s very loud - they wrote the wrong name on my tv and it was showing not my room (I had 34 and it was showing 33) - during breakfast we ordered pancakes that were slack-baked cake and fruits were rotten

Excellent top-notch restaurant in this hotel with fantastic delicious meals. It's probably the best dishes I’ve ever tried in Poland. As for the hotel, all was also fine. Thank you guys, we will definitely get back :)

Really because I have to pick something a bit more negative: the courtyard parking is a bit short, don't be a messy driver and maybe it could be a little bit less expensive out of the season.

Exceptional renovated place. The rooms are just perfect -their size was absolutely adequate for a family with young kids. It's the second time we were going there and we will come back for sure. The breakfasts are amazing and the restaurant is really really good. The chef knows very much what he does and I definitely advise his Caesar Salad or any beef meat!

it is very debatable if its really a 5 star hotel. The rooms needs renovation, hotel is quite dark and not so much convenient. The piece from where water runs into the bath was broken and fell off, water was dripping under the bath, no ventilation in bathroom

lack of beer at the bar, ran out first night and nothing for 2 days. staff not sure about anything however were polite. had mouldy basket (containing soaps) in bathroom.
