You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Basic hotel just to spend a night on the road. By car it´s easy to find and also possibility to park car in front of the hotel without extra charges. City center is not so far so can be reached by foot. Breakfast was OK and reasonable variety of different choices.

BelgiumSome blood stains in the matras and people just entering the room because they thought there was some alarm. But there was not........ this is all a bit strange. In general the hotel may have a bit maintenance.
Basically the hotel is OK. The breakfast is actually really nice. Parking is available, on the road, but also on the hotel parking and all is generally OK.

NetherlandsThe mattress was not great in my humble opinion; a bit too thin. Of course this is a rather personal experience. But I would say that it could have been better with a slight more updated mattress.
The breakfast was plenty, nice and great to start the day. The coffee comes from a plain coffee machine. The cheeses and meats were sufficient, although the bread was running out when I arrived at the late end of the breakfast time. There are (fresh) vegetables to choose from as well.

United KingdomBreakfast expensive and just about to eat. I have allergies which I asked to be accommodated I was insured they will be on my breakfast but I had just eggs. I have paid for full breakfast. Night stuff not polite at the check out. It seems it was fatigue for night stuff to collect our key handed by us to her. We stayed at the hotel second time but now we will consider others options.
