My family stayed in the hotel and very liked it! We would highlight a great breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Also, the room was super clean (it is just a regular hotel, with simple furniture), hygiene products were found in the bathroom, also, we asked for a hairdryer, and the hotel staff kindly brought it to us :) We stayed in the hotel with our pets - which was totally acceptable by the hotel, thanks! Also, the location was great - it's all surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, and in 15 mins you could easily reach the old Warshaw and historical center.

It is a quite cold during cold days and the heater is not as hot as it should be (-1). You can hear your neighbors very clearly.

Outstanding value for money. Top location with metro, trams, and buses. Great restaurants nearby. Praga is a lovely district. Nice facility. Comfy bed. 24/7 staff. If the room is hot, you can ask them for a fan. You can ask them for utensils. I will gladly stay here again.

I am satisfied with this hotel and stay, great location on Praga next to tram, bus and subway station. Room clean, private bathroom, own tv, free wi-fi I didn't use wi-fi but good that there is. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't tell anything, most time I spent outside.

Convenient location, close to a railway station, trams and underground. Restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Cosy room, comfy bed. The restaurant closes at 10p.m. so get ready to grab sth to eat/drink outside if you're coming late.

It was extremally cold. Radiators in the room where like ice. Only in bathroom where warm. I was sleeping with two duvets and with open door!!! Two times reported and was not fixed.

Extreme dissatisfaction with the recent stay at Hit hotel, which was marred by several unacceptable issues. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was deplorable. The state of hygiene was substandard, creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. Secondly, the commencement of reconstruction on the upper floor at 7 AM was not only disruptive but also a clear violation of the expected peace and quiet for guests. Furthermore, the breakfast experience was far from satisfactory. The presence of dirty dishes raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained in your dining area. Though I appreciate the efforts of hotel manager in attempting to address these issues, though the late check-out and provision of a takeaway lunch did not compensate for the inconveniences endured. To my dismay, upon returning home, I discovered mysterious stains on my arm. After consulting with a medical professional, it was confirmed that these were indeed bedbug bites. This revelation is not only alarming but also poses a severe threat to the health and safety of guests. In light of these egregious lapses in service and hygiene, I strongly advise a comprehensive renovation and fumigation of your premises. It is my firm belief that the condition of your hotel is not only unacceptable but also poses serious health risks to those who choose to stay. I sincerely hope that you take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that future guests do not have to endure such an unpleasant experience. It is my genuine recommendation that your hotel undergoes extensive renovations and a thorough bedbug eradication process.

Our group of ballet dancers (18 persons, including 10 kids) came to the hotel in the late evening, but we weren’t checked in because the lady at the reception told us to wait until the MIDNIGHT (!). Very poor and dismissive human relation. Dirty. Old. Smell bad.
