Breakfast. Nothing delicious or short assortment. Too high price for that (14eur per person per day). Need to mention that at the reception they making discount but it is noth worth. 500 m away there is starbucks coffee with nice bagels and good coffee! Also, stuff at the reception doesnt know parking time on the street and when I have asked twice they even couldnt ask someone or just to check. Answer was simple I dont know and I dont have where to ask (dark hair tall girl ;)) Been here two years ago. So, restaurant food was better before 2 years. Prices are ok, but assortment is too short and quality not so good :) Kids bed is really bad and not confortable to sleep. Room is old but clean. Tv channels in Pol or GE lang. No EN.

1. Lately I found if I booked a hotel room from booking.com with credit card, when I am at hotel, I must pay in advanced, the credit card can’t guarantee your stay. But when I want to pay by my card, the price is 9 euro extra from my booking. That makes me a bit disappointed. I have to go change euro to ZLT, then pay the cash in ZLT. I am not really care about 9 euro, but I more respect about the booking contract. If I booked in 100euro, then I would like to pay the same price as on the contract. 2. Internet is not good connection 3. Room is a bit cold

Mecure hotel is the No1 in my heart from 8yeats ago when I first time lived in this hotel. So whenever I went to any other city in Poland, my first choice is mecure hotel. This hotel is located at center of warsaw, very convenient and outside looks grand. And equipment from hotel is completely satisfied by the need of clients. Only the internet connection is not good. And the room is bit cold because the client can not change the temperature of air conditioner.

We are family of 4 and took room with double bed and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable therefore to sleep better we had to move mattress on the floor.

Big hotel, good location, close to big shopping center, great breakfast, incl. special pancakes for kids, fresh juice! There is parking which costs 85 zl/night. However in shopping mall you could park for 50 zl/night.

Did not have breakfast but did have dinner which was very good. I picked the property based on location to the train station and was very pleased. The shopping mall was a bonus.

Great location and very helpful staff, well soundproofed,so quiet despite being in a busy area. Nice breakfast with a good variety of choices. I like the green approach with a water carafe in each roof and a water cooler on each floor.

The air-conditioner is very weak and TOOO noisy, so I had to open window for a whole day. Can't imagine what I'd do in case of hot weather outside...

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. TV in the room is just huge! Internet is fast enough.

The room's AC cooled only half of the room. For a group of 5 we usually have 2 toilets: here we had only 1. Room furniture was kinda old

Can be noisy with idiots pushing their engines on the next avenue just to show off ( it seems like a recurrent things they do specifically there with modified purposely very noisy exhaust system cars to sound like expensive sport cars, as we had 4 of it in 2 days...)

Decent 30 min walk to get to Old Town. Hotel looking a little tired. Towels small and threadbare. Restaurant average - menu difficult to interpret/read. Breakfast was fine but it would have been nice to have variety in the pastries.

Good sized rooms. Location across the road from shopping centre. Management is making the effort to be environmentally responsible.
