Walls are not that thick, so I could hear well the water and voices from the ground floor room's bathroom (being on the first floor). But there were no noisy guests, so never had an issue with the noise. But for some more sensitive it might be an issue, I cannot assess.

I am a returning customer. I like being here, very friendly cleaning lady, owner also if you need help. Clean, you have a kitchen, fridge, you can cook. Big hall with play corner for kids and a little garden. Several rooms are with a common bathroom, but it is clean, never had issues.

Everything is good. But the owner had better change the iron. Its down-surface is a bit dirty and I don't want to use it if I need to make ironing.

You can save your money by staying there. One room with private bathroom is very acceptable. There is a saloon and kitchen in share at the downstairs. So you can use these areas if it is needed. Your children can play with the toys on there. There is a parking garage in front of the house. Also you can use park street as far as I see. This facility is very cost efficient and satisfactory especially for short term stay.

It was after 22.00 when we arrived and when i called phone number a lady answered right away and helped us. Also, there was this Ukrainian lady , taking care of rooms.. she was so friendly with my wife n daughter. Thank you for giving opportunities to Ukraniain people.

There were few vessels to cook in (of certain kind, but actually one other guest used 2 of them), but probably if I had said they would have done something about it. It was not that important for me.

It is my second stay here, I will still come back. Very nice stuff, though with the cleaning lady we cannot understand each other only via google translate, but that is not an issue, and actually we comunicated without words, she is very nice. It is clean, kitchen where you can cook, there is a little area for play for kids too and in the garden.

It is a very clean, beautiful, and peaceful place. Everything is done with a good taste. There is a nice yard and terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. I spent in Warsaw more than one month and changed more than 10 hotels, this one was the best.

I'm not sure but it seems that there's one shared bathroom for all rooms, and in the morning it was quite difficult to get in.

Super lovely place, great interior and exterior. Very nice yard, comfortable beds, super welcoming staff. Also, you can come with your pets! It's one of the best hostels we've ever stayed in.

This place is very beautiful, close to the airport and the shopping center. The hotel offers all the help they can to the victims of the invasion of ukraine. We are very well grateful. The rooms is very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is clean and has all you need.

There was only one little bathroom for some of the rooms, sometimes I had to wait, but was not a big problem and bathroom was very clean. One evening there was a big thunderstorm and in 2 points the water started to come in the room drop by drop through the roof. Fortunately it did not last long, I told them and I am confident that they will correct the issue. I certainly want to come back.

I came earlier with some hours. I met a lady from Ukraine who cleans and takes care of the hostel. We couldn't understand each other as I do not speak neither polish nor Russian, but she was very kind and helpful. She phoned the owner and he spoke English so we could communicate. I could leave my luggage and go for shopping until she finished cleaning my room. Next day I met the owner personally, he is also very kind. The woman was a warm presence every day, on my second or third day she asked me if I want that she changes my towel with a clean one. We could speak via google translate. Room was big, kitchen also, you have what you need for cooking or keeping your food, there is a beautiful little garden also and a big hall if you need to wait there.

Price gouging by the owner / manager who was overly aggressive / intrusive to the guest who were two Ukrainian refugees who had escaped the war in Mariupol. I used charity money to pay for the accommodation. She accepted the booking only to demand an extra 15% once they were there. I paid reluctantly.

Pleasant property, nice environment, with a reasonable owner / manager it would be a nice place to stay
