You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaEverything beside breakfast and location. I hate when staff pretend to care. To tell truth they don't, they address problems by telling the client how "it supposed to be". And they do nothing to help. Internet didn't work, they gave me the other room ("addressed the problem"), same effect. I reported this problem again in the morning, no reaction, no help. Poor, poor, poor. It might be the Polish "specialite de la maison", they do not help, they ignore the client and talk to the other staff member. The bathroom is the real problem, especially the shower. Broken washer or what, anyway I could wash everything but myself. The electric plug is placed ... below the build-in desk. One needs to crawl to use it, very funny. Not enough plugs to charge electric needs. Flushing the water did not work as expected, leaking container. And so on, a lot of small problems. No care, no help. Any guess why there is like this? It is low profile venue and low class clients.
Location was ok to me. I had a meeting next street. For some others it might be too far. At first the staff looked caring, but they did not care, they pretended. No interest in serving and helping clients. A quite rich breakfast was actually the only bright point.

FinlandThere was no air condition and I realized it when there was just so hot that sleeping was very hard. The sound proofness of the room was poor, I was able to hear basically every word from next room and if someone was moving in the corridor or was using the keys (even though I had the last room in the end of the corridor, the top floor) and especially at night this was frustfrating. There was also busy road in front of the hotel and noices came at some level to the room even though windows were closed in the nights. I stayed 5 days, and last day I noticed that there was this paper sign that could be hanged to door handle if you wanted clean up, and probably it explains why nobody came to tidy my room during my visit. The cleaniness was not top level and you were able to see some aging in the building.
Very nice and helpful staff +++. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking places and location was ok when moving with own car. Very affordable rates.
