The choice for dinner is limited which is why we did not have dinner in the hotel. Queue for coffee machine at breakfast. They could provide a second coffee machine.

Gem of a hotel. Central to the Market Square and Old Town in a quiet street. Very clean, spotless, with very helpful and attentive staff during our three night stay. Definitely more than a three star. Rates are excellent, too. Faultless hotel.

There were some communication challenges

The location of the property is good and its value for money. There were few challenges with description on the Booking website vs facilities provided at the property. It was discussed with the property manager to fix it. Overall good place to stay at krakow.

Room was a bit on a small side. Main bed could also be bigger and more comfortable. If there are more people staying in the hotel it is hard to find a table to sit down for the breakfast.

I liked the location a lot. It is like 5min walk to the old town and even less to the tram station. Very friendly staff.

The rooms were a bit small but we were out most of the time so it wasn’t really a problem. However, the beds were a bit uncomfortable but I guess it’s just preferences. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very well located and you can easily walk to the center and to other places. The breakfast was really good and staff was super friendly, they helped us book a tour to the Salt mines and also booked transfer for the way back to the airport. The rooms were also very clean.

During the night, some neighbours checked in at 2:00am and the noise they made woke us up. Also parking is not free and we had to pay a fee between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

All was perfect in this Hotel. We had to leave early morning and we had the breakfast paid for; we asked at the reception before and they provided a packed lunch for take away. The hotel is very close to the old town. Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Food at the breakfast was also great!

Unfortunately there is a big downside to the new rooms that have double beds, the bathroom has no walls, the walls are glass with a pretty decal of Krakow city on them so you can still see through the glass! They have a curtain that you can pull across outside one side of the bathroom glass for privacy, but you can still hear EVERYTHING, I love my husband, but some things in a marriage need to remain private haha! So we had to put the TV on to drown out bathroom noises, no big deal but we could do without that on a trip haha.

I love this hotel, this was my 3rd visit. Staff have always been amazing, polite & helpful with very good English. The location is excellent, sitting right next to a street of bars, restaurants & local food shops (Starbucks, and I recommend Mr Pancake), it has never been noisy of a night while I have visited. The hotel is a lovely short walk of around 5mins to Krakow Square. The rooms aren't massive but big enough for two ppl with plenty of clothes storage. They are newly decorated in a lovely modern style, very clean, reasonable sized and priced mini bar that you can also use as a fridge. The rooms were warm, flat screen TV on the wall with minimal English channels, which is fine as you're not there to watch tv. My views from the room have always been ok, either street view or courtyard. Full bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of storage and floor tiles seemed to be heated. The breakfast area is very pretty, the contential breakfast has always been amazing but have to say this time around it was ok, didn't seem as much option but we were also with fussy eatters. Hotel is great at booking trips and so easy to be picked up from the hotel for all trips. Hotel staff have always been amazing at communicating via email before we arrive, helping with questions, booking trips and booking our taxi from the airport.

There is nothing to mention. Everything was perfect. Only small issue with a room window not properly being able to lock fully. All other was very well.

Lovely hotel, close to main square - only few minutes walk through lovely streets, groceries store just round corner. . Nice and clean rooms, lovely staff, reception open 24 hrs, suitcase storage, nice breakfast, very reasonably priced. I would stay again.
