Air conditioning not working stayed during very warm weather.

Good location for planned onward travel room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good conveniently labelled to enable to make a good choice depending on your dietary requirements. Bar had good selection of drinks.

The bathroom was missing the toilet brush, so we couldn't clean the toilet after it got dirty.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, near a big railway station, with easy access to the metro and tram lines, so it is easy to get to other places in Warsaw and the surrounding areas. The rooms are modern and clean and are cleaned regularly. We did not use the hotel's restaurant, so we can cot judge its quality.

The carped on the floor has to be changed, a bit old. No standard fridge in the room, which is surprising. Seeing the fact that we are a family, two adults, hotel automatically could give two key cards.

Location is good. Breakfast is not integrated into price, you can have it if you like to pay. Staff was good, helped to store by luggage and food in the fridge. With air conditioner which is important in summer day. Cozy entrance and comfortable.

Hotel is not so fancy but still cousy with everything you need for a short staying. Location is great, there are metro and train stations, some groceries and other shops nearby. Room was quite big with a bath, heardryer, kettle, etc. It was quiet inside and not so hot.

The room was pleasant and clean. I felt comfortable and was able to work on my computer smoothly. The location was perfect for my needs, 10 min walk from the meeting place. The breakfast was tasty and rich, and I enjoyed the coffee.

The choice of the floor carpeting seems to be a bit off - it is the type that absorbes all dirt like a sponge and takes an incredible amount of effort to keep looking clean, so even though the room was well swept the carpeting spoiled the impression a bit.

I visited Warsaw for just two days on a rather tight budget to get some paperwork out of the way, without much planning. As such, I mostly expected functionality, but was quite pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was great (in both selection and taste), the staff were exceptionally nice and competent, and though the room was small (expectedly so), it was quite cozy. It even had a small corner desk which was a godsend as I needed to do some work. The furniture and the facilities were all clean well maintained. The air conditioning system worked very well and kept the room at a nice temperature at all times. The window overlooked the inner courtyard which was not much of a view, but in exchange there was basically no background noise, which I personally appreciate a lot.

I got an upgrade from Campanile to Golden Tulip (both hotels are in the same building) so it was a pleasant surprise. Pleasant staff, very clean facilities, comfortable and awesome breakfast. The hotel is in a avery convenient place if you travel by plane (direct bus from the airport and then very good connection to all the attractions by public transport).
