The location is a little apart from the historical centre city but just 15 to 20 minutes walk. The building is quite unique, used to be “Jeszywas Chachmej”. This old historical building is now tranformed to a hotel equipped with Synagogue. The room is simple but clean and comfortable with high ceilings. Two bottles of regional mineral water are prepared on the table. I recommend the dinner and the breakfast in the hotel. The dining room is not gorgeous, but the dishes are pretty nice and tasty at the high level. Breakfast is various kind of hot and cold meals, cakes and desserts! Receptionists and restaurant staff are kind and friendly.

After checking in, I went to my room. Unfortunately, as it later turned out, there was a refrigerator failure in the room. All the gas escaped into the room and it was impossible to reach the window (the gas was suffocating). Good thing it didn't happen at night. Fortunately, the hotel staff (reception) behaved professionally and, despite the lack of available rooms, moved me to another hotel. I recommend servicing cooling devices in rooms

The hotel is a bit old and not well maintained. The floors were stained, the TV very small and old, the facilities in the bathroom need change and renovation. The beds were the worst, it was supposed to be a double bed but it turned out to be two mattresses joined together, really thin and uncomfortably bouncy.

It was a nice stay. The staff was okay, the room big and the breakfast very good, with a variety of options to choose from.

Cleanliness of 'fixed features' wasn't great, there were stains on the carpet and valance on the bed was stained with something that looked like blood. Door frame was chipped.

We have used this hotel several times now, location is very convenient and we love the size of the apartment.

The shower was damaged, and the heaters took over 6-7 hours to warm, very old heaters. Wifi connection is very poor.

I felt somehow scammed. I asked a double bed and instead I received two single beds side by side, nothing comfortable neither for me neither for my partner.

the receptionist first time gave me wrong room which I didn’t request then checkin out they charged me additional charges for the extension of my booking which was from 12:00-14:30 and I paid 30zł you must change your receptionist they don’t work well that’s my opinion

no coffee!

Nice, grand hotel. it’s possible due to the fact I arrived in wet motor biking key, but the welcome was not welcoming. room was great, but why have a fridge on with nothing in it? Tea and coffee facilities within the room but no milk. Breakfast was OK, for the cost but for such a grand display of food it was let down by no coffee other than instant. when I asked if the big free coffee machine work, I was told “no” - 5 min later a out of order notice was added to the machine. great location to eat, if you like dance music coming from the kitchen.

Beds are not comfortable, mattresses were too bouncy and soft, couldn't properly fall asleep on them. Also, it was very hot in the room all the time for some reason. Bathroom sink barely had a water flow.

the AC was not working, when arrived they gave us room with very small beds. we had to argue to get better room..
