The used of swimming polls is shared with the club customers, and is quite crowded by kids and adults having swimming lessons or practicing. So at the end I barely could enjoy time there relaxing with my kids there.

Good place with nice installations, good breakfast and a nice restaurant available! Also is not so far from Krakow city center, it has costed me around 10 eur by taxi

We asked for 2 neighbouring rooms in the reservation, but se obtained rooms do far from each other. But it was fine anyway.

As mentioned above man who runs boxing gym being rude on simply asking if could use facilities

Clean , convenient set up, but images in booking.com show boxing facilities etc, and on going to use this gym man that runs it very abrupt and rude and maybe didn’t realise part of images and people may ask to use, other staff polite and Accommodating to any needs and questions asked . Location breakfast etc all convenient, wifi good .

It felt a little bit like the hotel was an "add on" to the sport and leisure centre. There weren't any information in the hotel about attractions in the area or public transport info. Naturally all information is available on line but I think it would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was family friendly, a lot of facilities for children and kiddie's corners everywhere. We also liked the breakfast and location - good starting point to explore area, especially by car.

Bathroom with insufficient ventilation neither heating allowing towels either swim-suites to dry up.

Perfect place to stay with the kids, great facilities giving lots of opportunities even when bad weather like: - pool - SPA - football fields - tennis court - indoor pitch - gym Additionally comfy and spacious rooms, rich breakfast with variety of food and drinks selection. No problem with parking, Very friendly staff. Close to P+R location giving an easy access to Cracow public transportation system.

I had a great time there with my little son, the room was comfortable, the staff was really nice and helpful, the spa is beautiful, there were toys for children so that my child was not bored, and the restaurant Lime & Spicy is really good!

It's a bit on the edge of the city, but this can also be a plus, also everything elso compensates for it.

Pleasent hotel and restaurant. Really helpful staff, especially at the restaurant, always pushing for great service, Great value for money, really good breakfast and really nice to have a play corner in the restaurant and playground outdoors as well.

For the love of God, do not step into the shower cabin barefoot. It's slippery on a level bordering a near deathtrap. Otherwise - everything was A-OK!

A neat and clean hotel with lots of relaxing activities. The breakfast menu was especially great, rooms were comfy and spacious. The beds made me feel like sleeping on a cloud.
