Comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Warsaw's Old Town. Check-in was easy, collecting the key from a lockbox outside the property. There was a plumbing problem with the apartment before I arrived and the host immediately found alternative accommodation nearby.

The apartment is worn off a bit. Some dishes were not fully clean. Also the fridge is not so clean and lacks cold a bit. Linen for the third person was lacking.

Great view from the windows. All needed equipment. Fits description. Quite spacious. Nice courtyard. Comfortable stay for a night. Right in the oldtown.

Matress in bedroom needs changing. My friend worked around the discomfort but i ended up on sofa in livingroom.

please pay attention that there is no elevator, so climbing up with the heavy luggage is kind of a challenge. The toilet door is a bit outdated

As there is no lift you would need to take the stairs up but the positives far exceeds this bit.

Not much to dislike. There is no lift in the apartment building and the apartment is on the 3rd or 4th floor so maybe not suitable for those with mobility issues/small babies etc. Also the curtains in the bedroom are not very heavy so I woke a little earlier than planned, but overall for us they were minor issues and we will stay again

Fantastic location in heart of the old town, very clean and comfortable, great value for money. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely stay again. There is good WiFi, comfortable bed, a nice bath and shower, and a washing machine for longer stays.

Found used underwear in the bed. 4 stairs up isnt great but it still worked for us. Overall its only small issues.

Location cant be better. I would recommend it for a great location in old city. Getting keys was easy. The place is silent. A good stay.

Attention scam owners! The water heads in the shower are broken and spray water everywhere. The drain in the shower does not drain the water because it is clogged. It takes a long time for the water to go down. There is mold in the ceiling of the shower. The wifi doesn't work. The heating pipes in the apartment do not work. The kettle does not work. The furniture of the apartment and especially the carpet has the smell of cigarettes! There is a "no smoking" sign in the apartment, and still, the whole apartment has a stinky smell of cigarettes. The size of the bed is double, but the sheets on it are for a single bed, which means the fabric does not cover the bed properly and it is disgusting. There was no sheet of the right size at all in the apartment . There was a noise of renovations from the neighbors in the early morning which disturbed sleep. The shower towels we received were torn. The cleanliness of the apartment was lacking, there was a lot of dust on the shelves and an unpleasant smell when you entered the apartment. Owner not available through Booking's website and the number that appears also does not have WhatsApp. .

There is no lift in the appartment. It was importnat for us due to kids and many suitcases.

We location is nice. It is an old town but due to this fact taxi will not arrive close to the appartment. We had to go to the main street about 2 minuts but it was rainy and our suitcases were heavy.

I dislike bed, it’s not comfortable, I thought it was broken. My back hurt after this bed all next day. And blanket with bedding scarlet were bad quality and small size

both the bed and the sofa bed were terribly uncomfortable. the sofa bed has a huge stain in the middle of it. the apartment is a fourth floor walk up so can be an issue for the elderly/those with heavy bags. the wifi stopped working on the last morning.

really cant get a better location. apartment has all you need for a short, comfortable stay. it is quiet even though it is centrally located

No lift in the building, taxis do not drop you at the spot, nearby grocery shops are a little overpriced and you need to walk to go to the reasonable ones. Most of the time stairs are in the dark making you feel a bit awkward. A not good cleaning in the flat, you can find a lot of dust and traces of previous guests in the flat easily.

This apartment is good for tourists as it is located at the most touristic site in Warsaw. But I was with my family and taxis do not drop you near to the apartment, so we had to walk a bit. But with our luggage and all, it was difficult to reach the apartment building. Though it was a beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor and with luggage without a lift it was, of course, difficult to climb to the room. The cleanliness in the apartment was not very good, a lot of dust and hairs of previous guests were easily found as it was clear that the cleaner did the work fast and did not bother to clean it nicely. It is a good place for a couple or single person who has the main attraction as tourist sites like it in the walking distance as located in the old town. But the reasonable grocery store is quite far and nearby shops were a bit overpriced. Whenever we needed any transportation we had to walk a bit but it was easy to find. I would recommend this place. We had a different need but if it was a tourist visit it is a perfect place to check-in.

Only minus, we came 3 people and the bed was not ready for the third one. But we found everything (pillows, etc) in the apartment
