My room was double booked but the team solved the issue very quickly. The design in those rooms is old-fashioned and there is so much storage places that is not needed in a hotel. Could use the same place a bit more smartly.

Location is great and part of the team was also great. At first I had one girl who was a bit unfriendly but then later I saw a team that was very kind and friendly. Great breakfast.

The nearest metro station was approximately 10 minutes walk. When the weather was rainy it was not pleasant. On the other hand, bus stops were in front of the hotel, so it was more convenient to move by bus

I used to stay in this hotel until the COVID period and at that time it was okay. I had a chance to stay here again, and I can say that the quality went down... The food selection and quality of it is quite poor, compared to the other nearby places I have stayed recently (I travel to Warsaw almost monthly).. there was also a smell coming from the toilet.. the hotel needs renovation.. for a similar price I would choose any other nearby hotel or apart hotel.

I prefer to have a better smell in the lift hall and close to the reception desk. The bed mattress could be much better. On one side of the bed, I could feel the springs of the mattress.

The room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city. Also, it was very spacious and clean. Location to old town is a bit far, however walking distance has manythings to discover.

Nothing to dislike to be honest. Great place!

Our first time in Leonardo and we're completely satisfied. The hotel is located perfectly, you have many cafes around, even Fabrika Nordlyna with lots of restaurants. And it's located in the modern area of Warsaw, it's my favorite area there for sure. And it's only about 15 minutes by feet to get to the city center. The room is very nice, spacious and comfy. All the necessary facilities were there, including kettle, tea and coffee, slippers, shower gels, etc. The staff is polite and nice as well. The hotel itself looks pretty nice and modern, definitely enjoyed it.
