Walking distance into town. Friendly staff who made us welcome. Late a couple of times for breakfast but the staff made sure we did not go hungry.

No bar, room service or mini bar available. It’s difficult to get a drink after 23:00 but Uber Eats do deliver here which is great!

I like this hotel, it’s my “go to” place when staying in Lublin. The staff are great, the check in is easy. Great location in walking distance to the city. Highly recommend.

Rooms are slightly outdated. Parking is limited to few slots (but free if you are lucky to get one spot).

Good location about 10 min walk from the old town. Breakfast offers broad range of options. Staff very welcoming and supportive.

The hotel didn't have any obvious problem, and we were actually quite satisfied with our stay, but the rooms seem outdated and in need of renovation if compared to rooms available in other hotels. Perhaps the only (minor) inconvenience was the super tight shower space.

Breakfast was great, with good variety and quality. Having a juicer for freshly made fruit juice was a huge plus! The location was very convenient, near a major bus stop and within walking distance to most places worth visiting. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and efficient.

We reserved the room with the double bed, but at the moment of arrival they had only rooms with single beds.

The bathroom was a bit old, and the smell a little "closed".

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. They had everything! It was the best part of the hotel. The room was ok, even though not very well isolated acustically, bathroom a bit old, but good value for money.

The bed was made from two singe with a big space in the middle and the mattresses were soft and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. Close to a city centre, a park across the road. Pet friendly:) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite big and clean, although a bit worn out.

Big lamp and useless additional armchair which made room cluttered. Hairdryer was a joke - it hardly worked.

Breakfasts were excellent! Staff was very kind and smiling. Great cosmetics at the bathroom.

The only problem really is that the shower area doesn't have enough barriers to block all the water from landing all around the bathroom.

The best thing about this hotel is the location.

I was not able to access the Wi-fi but this was a very minor issue to me. I admit that I did not bother to seek assistance with it.

Very clean premises and friendly staff. It is situated in a lovely, leafy and quiet location that is so close to the centre. Breakfast was good, simple range. Only suggestion would be perhaps more chopped up fruit.

The bathroom design is very outdated. The elevators are quite small but this is what they have. Hey, this is 3 stars and the building isn’t constructed in the last 3 decades so what can you complain about…

The location next to Sass Garden and in a pleasant walk distance to Krakowskie Przedmiescie and Old Town. Size of the room more than fair unlike some comments. Furniture updated and beds comfortable. Daily cleaning.

Rooms are very clean and super comfy beds. Very handy to have a small fridge and a water kettle in the room. Staff helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is very rich with a lot of variety and diet options. Nice coffee too. The hotel is nicely situated, quiet neighbourhood and close to the centre and public transport. Everything works, facilities well kept, fresh food and reasonable prices. Altogether a hassle-free stay and good value for the price.
