How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very good and safe. Good price and nice staff. Clean and cosy. No any problems and very good prices of fuel nearby. Great breakfast an very good meals. Close to A2 and only 37km to the border

Would be great if rooms would have air conditioner. Its too warm inside when over +20°C outside. And double beds are too narrow in my opinion.
The location is very good. Nice there is restaurant, playground and car parking just by the hotel. Its really very comfortable for short stay.

Shower wasn’t adjusting (the nozzle), bathroom flooded when showering, one of the bedside lights wasn’t working.

No shower gel in the dispenser but I got one from the petrol station (on the site)
Our stay at the hotel was comfortable and fully met our needs. It was a one night only stay. We found the room clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. The room was quiet (next to the reception). The nearby restaurant was offering good food.

The room had a strong cigarette smell. I was able to change it to another one, which was better, although still the smell was present.

Nice hotel for short overnight stay. Really friendly staff, very clean and well organized. We had really nice breakfast and dinner at restaurant in same area.

The only thing and it's not negative, just be aware they clean rooms everyday, so if you don't want any guests, especially while your dog is alone in the room, use their pendants or whatever it's called, on the door handle. Or tell receptionist.
Really nice motel, good standard for the price, rooms are clean and comfy. PET FRIENDLY! I didn't have to pay for my dog. There's a restaurant nearby, also tankstation and a supermarket, everything a traveler needs just in same location. I recommend it, I'll visit more often for sure.

The room was really small, there wasn’t even a kettle on the room.
The restaurant was nice with nice food. There was nice playground for the kids in front which was very convenient

I’m frightened of spiders and saw a couple of cobwebs near pipes but rest of hotel and room was fantastic.
Excellent stopover for travel to my family in Poland. lovely location. fantastic hotel for purpose. Staff very friendly and brilliant that pets are allowed at no extra cost. My sister and I took two dogs and a cat. We booked separate rooms. Great price, beds and bathroom so clean. Well worth it.

Breakfast selection wasn’t as large as other places we have stayed, however for the price 40 zlot pp food was good, pancakes and coffee were very yummy

we stayed in this hotel once before and now we chose to stay here again mainly because of the kids corner in the restaurant. it turned out that it’s not there anymore. when we arrived in the evening we were hungry and we wanted to eat something in the restaurant which was totally full with 2 ladies trying to deal with the whole kitchen and orders. there was almost nothing more to eat and literally nothing vegetarian, so we left hungry. then we bought sandwiches in carrefour which were not fresh and shouldn’t be sold. we went to sleep hungry and disappointed. breakfast was ok, but the vegetables and salads were clearly not fresh. Room and bathroom were quite basic.
