Be aware: if you travel by A2 (E30) there is no exit to Lagow. So, you have to drive additional 15-20 km to get in/out to highway. No coffee machine or brewed coffee for breakfast

Unfortunetly, the towels we got looked very old and whatever powder the hotel uses had made them look dirty.

I enjoyed how big the room and bathroom was, the fact that it's all on one level and the price.

Smell of pee in some of the private room bathrooms. We were staying for 3 nights and booked rooms separately each day, since we where not sure if we will end up in this area. Which is why we had different rooms each time.

Very good location. Tidy and quiet area. Hotel is good for short business stay, to sleep and freshen up. Each day of our bookings there were always available rooms to book.

Room and bathroom is a little old and simple, shower cabin is a little old (glimpses of rust), but bed was OK and the room spacious, especially for the price.

Excellent value for money. The room was spacious. My main criteria was to have safe parking for the car, and it exceeded my expectations - free parking outside the rooms (maybe not necessarily the room where you stay, but still), and even though it's open air parking, there are a couple of cameras pointing outside. In any case, the hotel is in the middle of the countryside, so there aren't any passerbys anyway to peek into your car, so felt very safe parking.

First room we get was like someone just smoked in that room... We asked for another one, but administration was realy unhappy. They just trowed other keys... No sorry,no nothing...

The hotel was built on the major road from Poland to Germany, but since the highway was built, it makes a pretty long drive from the highway to reach it.

Convenient and good value for money hotel, good choice if you just need an overnight stay on your journey.

Some sockets were not safe to use. No cups (no glass nor plastics) in the room. We had breakfast at 7.30, but it was almost empty, no refilling.

there was no toilet paper even, toilet and sink was dirty, the stuff unhappy and unpolite, the price was bigger than we booked here. dogs were in many rooms, in our room was dogs feathers , no one told us that and didnt even clean the room after other guest. i have allergies, so I think it is wierd that they think that it is okey to not say that this is “dog friendly hotel and we dont clean after them”. sad.

Where do I begin... The bathroom was not cleaned for ages. The toilet was brown inside. The shower was disgusting. You could see black mold even on the soap dispenser. We had muddy footprints on the bathroom floor, showing it wasn't cleaned. The bed sheets had holes in them. Walking into the room you can actually smell filthy bathroom right away. And the walls between rooms are so thin that we could hear our neighbour fart and watch videos on his phone at 3 in the morning. It was so loud it didn't let us sleep.

Rooms had a weird smell, there were dust on the surfaces. Extremely thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING. Overall, room did not feel clean.

Breakfast was not as good as I read it to be online. Very little choice and the same choice everyday. Staff smoking outside and returning to kitchen is not a nice feeling. Ants were present in the room and bathroom and suspected bed bugs in the bed. The room didn't 'feel' clean. Cleaners in the morning (who clean once you have checked out) were exceptionally loud and even tried coming into our room one morning when we weren't leaving for another two days.

The proximity to Lagow with a lower price is acceptable. It's in a complex for truckers so there are shops and restaurants close by, the shop being open 24/7.
