- Sakebar was closed on the night of our stay. - Nobu Restaurant wouldn't serve a single drink at 5 minutes past 11 pm, despite Sakebar being closed. Notably, other guests were still at the bar and others were still dining. - The TV system was not working. - At check-out, the front desk staff was unapologetic, not even regarding the TV outage.

First upon arrival when checkin in we felt quite unwelcomed by older lady with dark hair at the front desk

We had dinner and took the tasting menu but to be honest, the food was ok but I found it quite pretentious and overpriced for the overall experience. On the bad side of things, seeing people snorting cocaine right on your face in the man's toilet was quite annoying. This happened a couple of times in plain sight, right on the sink while I was trying to wash my hands. Overall, I recommend the hotel but I would advise them to keep an eye on the people they let in. A lot of nightbirds (if you know what I mean) and old dudes showing off.

The Hotel is overall very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also spotless. The design in my room was also very nice, the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent. We went to the sake bar area one night and there was nothing bad to say about it, good service and drinks. The bar on the other side is also quite nice, there was a great DJ on Saturday night. From the cocktails, I enjoyed the old fashions!!.

This is my favorite hotel in Warsaw! I stay there every time i go. Everything from super comfy bed to amazing staff and of course the location is perfect. I love that they are super welcome for your dog too. Always bring bed for her plus treats !

Tiny niggles with room cleaning - easily fixed on request, should be right first time. Taxi pick-up/drop-off is usually interesting as street access is very congested.

Brilliant location and a secure, scented haven. The front reception staff are exceptionally welcoming and efficient, always eager to please. Rooms are quiet and well-equipped. Coming back to a hot sauna is a bonus on a cold February evening.

My recent stay at NOBU surpassed all expectations, offering an unparalleled experience of luxury and culinary excellence. The room service charge written on the menu isn't what you pay. The hotel add extras like "trolley service", which I assume to mean a fee is required to transport your food from the kitchen. A bit like a delivery charge, which I would assume is implied as part of Room Service.

Arrived early and the staff would not check us in. Normally if arriving early, you're checked in but your room is not availble until later and that's fine, but refusing us check in was not acceptable.

Wonderful design in the newer wing. Tall ceilings and very comfortable. Loved the restaurant as well - great breakfast and dinners.

The rooms are a bit squished no room for two people it’s perfect for one person but not really a couple; and we didn’t like the food as there was no variety only japanese.

Everything service staff cleanliness aesthetics and all in all it was perfect. Breakfast buffet is top tier food and loved how simple yet high end food
