Would be good to have hand cream dispenser (with the soap dispenser) in the ladies WC on ground floor. Most women always moisturise hands - especially in colder counties. We stayed 4 nights and the sheets were changed after 3 nights. It would be good to have clean sheets every 2nd night.

Breakfast was superb with a lovely selection and staff always very efficient. Reception service was always very efficient and professional. we were a family group of 7 and we came especially because we wanted to stay at a Nobu and the rooms were very reasonably priced at the Warsaw Hotel. I have visited Poland several times and the service is always excellent everywhere. There is so much to do in Warsaw and the Museums are really impressive and the old town area is wonderful. We loved our trip.

Gym is a bit too small and lacks a 'full selection' of sports gear. Room cleaning is "sporadic" (stayed for 3 nights, room was not cleaned for 1 day).

Everything was amazing. If I can share some idea: There is no possibility for the “breakfast included” to be served at the room, unless of course you pay again the whole price. We understand that that’s a typical policy in many hotels, however it would be great to be able to pay just an additional fee for the room service, for example!

The staff went truly above and beyond, continuously exceeding our expectations.

Vegan options for each meal should be a standard in the restaurant’s menu, without having to enquire about them every time. The duvets are very comfortable, but a little too thick, in my opinion - it gets too hot during the night, even if a window is open.

The restaurant for dining was a little bit disappointing for food. But for lunch and breakfast it was perfect so that’s a bit strange.

What was the best off this all; Nobu and it’s staff, as well as the room and the facilities and location off the hotel. Note; i ask for an early checking unfortunately our room was not available yet, but the staff upgraded our room for free!! So i am super happy!

Probably my favorite hotel in Warsaw so far. My room was very spacious, bathroom as well. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Restaurant downstairs is nice and very trendy.

The staff had some issues carrying out requests and we were unable to book a table in the restaurant on any of the three nights we stayed, minor issues though as the reception offered very good recommendations for external restaurants.

The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

The breakfast was excellent, everything is very delicious. Location very good. . Cleanliness is superb. Friendly staff are greeted with a warm hand towel and treated juice. We will definitely come back.

Booked a dinner in Nobu Restaurant to "spoil" myself and a wife. Food was excellent same like Staff. However music was so loud that we were not able to communicate between us. It was Friday and seems they used to play loud club music same like in discotheque... nobody dancing because no place.. you try to enjoy great food.. you pay expensive prices.. and you cannot communicate because somebody seems to think that loud music and delicious food goes together well... IT IS WRONG. Being in other Nobu restaurants (Dubai and Doha), we never experience such a wrong, loud music for your dinner. Managers shall thing to review their approach to music played during dinners. May be good solution will be to arrange "quiet area" where you can really enjoy food without music killing your ears...

Great hotel with stylish rooms. Location is perfect in the nice area of Warsaw. Walking distance to railway station, great restaurants just around the corner. Bathroom was superb. Super equipped room with steaming iron, dryer, and other great stuff.
