There is 100 metres walk from reception (Magnolia house) to Pod Lipami ,which would have been fine during the day. As it was late at night, I asked the helpful receptionist if I should keep the taxi waiting to take me there after I'd checked in but he said there was no need. In all fairness he walked me half way there. Still, in an empty street at 2am, I felt a little uncomfortable.

Modern and clean room and the ensuite bathroom. Tram stop just outside. Reception is open 24/7 which was a blessing considering that my flight was delayed and I arrived there at 2am

The noise from the traffic and breakfast

Unfortunately I did not like the breakfast. It was not a buffet style breakfast, You were asked what you wanted. Unfortunately what I wanted as an English person was completely different and so I left hungry and only had 1 cup of coffee

Bit noisy because of the traffic

Its a small hotel near the airport, the room was clean, the beds were comfy. It was a little too far from the city center, but we knew that in advance. Overall its a great choice for a short stay.

It was a bit cold in the room, and air conditioner was only set for cooling. We called to reception and a man promised to come and check, but he didn’t come.

Was not made aware that people were living full-time there....a surprise, thought it was a "hotel". Plus, the smell of food preparation went throughout the property in the evening and the morning.

The opaque curtains were short and didn't cover the whole window. One can continuously hear the tram and flight sounds from the outside (no soundproof windows). Also, no hand towels were provided. Only Polish TV channels were available.

it was hard to understand where we had to go first, the rooms are one block away from the reception and the receptionist didn’t understand that well English, but they were really friendly

The soundproofing is not great, so if you were unlucky enough to have a room full of screaming kids as your neighbors - you will jolly well hear them having fun there. Also, it'd be nice to have a little fridge in the room, but on the other hand - a single bed room is quite small itself, so maybe there'd be no place for you and your luggage in this case :)

The location itself is pretty nice, it only takes 3 minutes to get there from the tram stop. The room was clean, with no bed bugs (yes, I look for them at literally every place I stay after I found some in a 4* hotel). You could order breakfast here if you'd like, otherwise, there is Biedronka, Aldi, McDonald's, and several cafes just in 3-5 minutes of walking. Pani at the reception was very, VERY friendly and helpful, and tried her best to tell me everything in a pretty good Russian :) Even though I told her I understand Polish, she wanted to be sure that I understood everything and I loved it!

Good value for money. Clean and basic. The only slight inconvenience is the fact the reception was based in a different place than the actual hotel, but overall experience good.

Despite the fact that it is indicated that smoking is prohibited in the room, there was a smell of cigarettes, perhaps for a long time the room was very smoky. The bathroom was not clean enough. There were no kitchen utensils - no fridge, no kettle. There was access to a common kitchen on the 0th floor with all the necessary equipment, but it was also quite dirty there.

Convenient location. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, the center can be reached in twenty minutes by tram (which runs every 5 minutes). The stop is near. Nearby there are shops Biedronka and Rossmann. The rooms are spacious and with all necessary furniture.
