No conditioner and body lotion. One in shampoo and body wash it's not great. Lifts not always work.

The room was not cleaned enough (found some hair on the pillow and towel) and there were not many accessories in the room (spoon for the shoes of toothbrush+toothpaste), the coffee machine wasn’t working good.

There was a strange noise coming from the air conditioner. Room decoration is a bit irritating but that’s definitely a matter of taste

The hotel is located close to the railway station and a popular shopping mall. You can find a lot of restaurants and shops in this area. The hotel itself is modern and looks fresh, the room was spacious and clean.

Some of the employees at the reception were not very friendly and not so willing to help.

The room was large and very comfortable. The view from the windows was amazing. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) from everything.

I entered the room while the cleaner was tiding up and saw her washing the coffee mugs and the water glasses just with water in the toilet and putting them back. For a 4 star hotel this is inexcusable!!!!

There was not any navigator to find easy room. It would be helpful to see the direction of the rooms (some numbers are left direction, some are right etc.). The air conditioning/hitting display did not work well. Errors, I gave up and just switched it off Too loud music in the most of lobby and lounge spaces. I found the only quiet spot for professional conversation at the catering area

I had wifi connectivity issues, had to disconnect and connect again a couple times. I also had an issue with the coffee maker as on my checkout day it swallowed the coffee capsule and did not make coffee.

Very modern hotel with great security features for example you can only take the elevator with your room card to certain floors like ground floor, first floor where the restaurant is and the floor where you have your room, meaning guests cannot be on the same floor if they have a room on a different floor. There are some moodlights on the corridors and even in your room which I really liked. Location-wise, it's hard to pick a perfect spot because Warsaw is not a small town. I came from Krakow by bus and I used a local bus to get to the hotel from the bus station. The area around the hotel is very new with lots of skyscrapers, also the Warsaw Central station is just a few minutes walk but the old town is not within walking distance.

Nothing to complain about.

1. Friendly and helpful personnel. They tended to all our needs in a professional and timely manner. 2. Comfortable bed and spacious room, exactly as advertised. 3. Strong Wi-Fi signal. 4. Hotel is in a central location, with easy access to public transport.
