The hotel is next to Warszaw Central Station from where you can go in any direction with bus, tram or train. Near the hotel there is a shopping mall and is near Palace of Culture and science. We were in the 5th floor, but the view was beautiful despite high buildings. The room and the bathroom were very clean, with essential things that you need and soundproofed. Staff person were very kind and helpful in everything. When we did check out we were also able to leave to them our luggages for a few hours.

In such a large facility, a spa area or at least a sauna would be useful. Many smaller competitive hotels in Warsaw do offer such amenities to their customers.

The hallways are not insulated too well, so as long as guests are respectful with their volume it isn’t bad.

Everything, honestly. It’s a beautiful, and clean hotel with a wonderful staff. Diana and Kim were fantastic in helping me with any and all questions or concerns. The hotel is safe, with a great look/interior design to it. The room I was in, was spacious and clean. The hotel amenities are great. It is walking distance to some great places to visit, or if you need to take public transport, it is under 3min walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby if you prefer staying close. There’s also two markets across the street as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I visit Warsaw.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking, and when trying to organise an airport pickup- it was like pulling teeth for responses and confirmation.

Lovely modern hotel with a great location right next to the Warsaw central train station and surrounded by malls and restaurants. I was given a lovely corner room with huge windows and lovely views.

I have stayed at the hotel 3 or 4 times now. The first time, the windows of my room overlooked a beautiful view of the city. The last 2 times - on the neighboring office building ((( I did not receive an invoice for my room (it was a business trip) because I didn't ask for an invoice at check in. No one told me in advance that I would not be able to get an invoice in case of a check out. The hotel penalized me for the cost of my stay because the company will not be able to reimburse me without an invoice from the hotel. Such Polish laws should be announced in advance. I'm not sure I would want to return to this hotel after this. Dear business travelers ! Pay attention to this point! The hotel is beautiful, but not all the staff is impeccable.

Lovely new hotel in the city center near the main train station and lots of stores. Lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfasts (if you leave early - they will prepare a lunch box for you).

The bed was loose, two beds separated creating the ditch between the beds, no slippers as you would expect for a 4 star hotel
