Hotel staff were great and friendly. Spoke English, which was a bonus. Location was close to old town, so it was easy to find a nice restaurant when needed. Will definitely return.

- Hairs on the bedsheets. We found them on the bed and on the sofa. We only stayed for one night, so this might be the reason. I suspect the rooms to be totally clean if your stay will be longer. Still, there should be no hairs on the bedsheets, even for one night. Although for some it might not be a problem, but for others it will be a dealbreaker. The bathroom and other spaces were clean though.

+ The staff is very friendly and cares about the customers. We arrived after the official check-in hours, but a staffmember was waiting for us. This was a big, pleasant surprise. During the check-out the staff was friendly as well! + The facilities in the room are a plus. Everything you need for a stay was included. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise as well! (Suite Kingsize Bed room) + A short walk from the city centre. The city, compared to other Polish cities, is quite neat and well-kept.

Wifi did not work in the room, signal was strong only in the corridors.

Hotel is close to centre, free public parking in front of the hotel (until 8 a.m.), there was also private paid parking available. Room was very clean with possibility to prepare a tea or coffee, comfortable bed, clean and shiny bathroom. Tasty breakfast.

Sometimes people confuse the room numbers and try to get in the wrong room, although it happened once at night during my stay, but just worth noting - such mistakes tend to happen. :)

Nice, spacious and very clean. The location is great, close to the University of Opole and Town square. I stayed for a week and every day the room was cleaned, staff is friendly!

Our only issue was with soundproofing; on our first night we could hear very clearly guests next door talking and laughing until 2am.

We chose this hotel for our 2-day stay in Opole and we were really satisfied. It has free parking; the room was surprisingly big, it had a coffee set and a mini-fridge. No issues with cleanliness. The wifi worked well even on 4th floor. The ladies at reception desk were helpful and friendly. On 2nd day we tried the hotel restaurant and it was better than we expected. The location is walking distance to city center, in residential area, not pretty but not run-down either, just ordinary. It's 3 min on foot to a shopping center nearby which could be handy.

Hotel is near the city center, it's clean and parking is free in the backyard. The woman at check out was incredibly friendly. Her English was very good and she even had recommendations for things to do in other polish cities like zakopane. The hotel was good but the woman at check out was amazing.

The Restaurant inside the hotel closes at 9 pm which is fine, except they turn off the light and leave guests without shared space for conversation

The only thing that was less convenient was the entrance to the garage courtyard behind the hotel, a very narrow entrance between the buildings and there was not enough space to park. I found a space, but I took a taxi to the concert because I wasn't sure if there would still be a płace for my car in the car park. I wanted it to be safe at night.

The hotel has lived up to my expectations. My stay was pleasant and I felt very well there. The beds are wide, with comfortable mattresses. Bathroom is with a large shower. It is very clean in the room and you can make yourself a coffee or tea. There is a nice furniture at the hotel. I also recommend various good dishes in the restaurant, especially with duck. The great breakfast was very varied and I would like to praise a friendly staff. The restaurant is very nicely designed and has a beautiful veranda.

Grumpy reception lady. Reluctance to permit us access to the bar / restaurant at 2100 despite it closing at 2200. We only wanted a drink!
