Our room was a bit small, not much space for our things. The bed sagged a little. The corridors looked a little tired.

The public spaces were fabulous! The young lady who checked us in was lovely. The food and service were very nice. The sheets and pillows were luxurious.

We wasn't keen on the bathroom but it wouldn't put us off staying again.

Comfy beds, tasty food and great location. The staff were amazing! A special thank you to all the girls on reception they go above and beyond to help the guest's and Piotr not quite sure if that's how you spell it? The best waiter ever. Full of fun, very professional. I felt very safe as he always checked that my food was gluten free.

The room was very modern and comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. The Pillows were exceptional. There was a lot of sockets and the shower was brilliant. I loved you could control the lighting and the temperature of the room using the tablet.

the family is not suitable for an open type wc with glass walls, due to intimacy. the hotel's parking lot was occupied, even though we had a parking lot when we booked the hotel. I had to buy additional parking in the city.

The rooms are a bit on the smaller side. If you have a large luggage, you won't be able to put it flat on ground and open it.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was great, but there are a few small improvements that should be made. The first issue I encountered was with the air conditioning. It was quite complicated to operate and unfortunately, it didn't work correctly. This was particularly problematic during the summer when the temperatures were high. It would be beneficial if the hotel could simplify the air conditioning system and ensure that it functions properly. Another issue I faced was with the TV. There were connection issues with both regular TV channels and phone mirroring. It was frustrating to experience interruptions and disruptions while trying to enjoy some entertainment in my room. It would be helpful if the hotel could address these connectivity problems and ensure a seamless viewing experience for their guests. Despite these minor setbacks, I must emphasize that the hotel was otherwise excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the location is absolutely fantastic. It is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the city center. This made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. Additionally, the hotel is well-connected with tram and bus stops located nearby, making it easily accessible for those using public transportation. Taxis and other modes of transportation also had no trouble finding and reaching the hotel. One of the highlights of the hotel is its proximity to a historical building, which offers picturesque views. It was a delight to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate any extra requests we had. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. During our stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing a summer jam session by a DJ on the hotel's patio. It was a fantastic evening filled with great music and a lively atmosphere. This added touch made our stay even more memorable. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The dishes exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend trying out the restaurant during your stay. Although we didn't have the chance to utilize the sauna and other facilities, we are already looking forward to returning and taking advantage of them in the future. In conclusion, this hotel offers a great location, modern comforts, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Need a suitcase stand

Always like Puro’s in Poland. Comfortable, good breakfast. Nice rooms (albeit they could improve on providing somewhere to put suitcase )
