I have been at all PURO hotels in Poland and I am their big fan. Never was disappointed, they always meet my expectations. PURO Team is the greatest, perfect location, great food & drinks, comfy beds, clean rooms with all what I need plus... bicycles & patio💚

Minuscule gym without 10kg+ weights. I also found it quite troubling to deal with the lights without waking the other person up. Unlike in other Puro's, not only the shower but ALL bathroom walls are made of glass which doesn't allow too much of privacy.

Exceptionally kind staff, smiling and helpful all the time. I felt like at home. Great outdoor patio and comfy bikes to rent for free. Top location. Don't miss the free guided tour, too. Breakfasts are expensive but worth the price.

It's a shame one couldn't adjust the air conditioner - it was a bit cold at night even when we put the temp to max on the tablet. That's not very comfortable, also when children are there

This gem is located just a few minutes walk from the old town square. Recently renovated, with modern, stylish rooms. Fantastic buffet breakfast, with great choice. Secure underground parking available on site for an additional fee. Free tea and coffee available all day in hotel lobby. Very popular with business travellers.

Fabulous hotel literally on the door step of the Old Town of Poznań, totally perfect as everything is within walking distance. Room was on the small side but in truth you don’t need a big room to rest your head for the night while visiting. Perfectly comfy bed, absolutely spotlessly clean, good sized bathroom with beautiful walk in shower. Unlimited tea and coffee downstairs in the lounge, not ideal for first thing in the morning but then you should be getting up and out and making the most of this beautiful city. Staff very warm and welcoming and more than happy to help. Highly recommend.

The little suggestion- would be great to have possibility to get small, standing mirror on request, like with the pillows. Women like to sit down whilst doing make up- especially you have an armchair and little side table in the room so would be perfect.

I love Puro so there was no surprise that it was amazing. Very clean hotel, you can choose level of pillow softness and staff is simply brilliant! Everyone very kind and always with smile and very professional. They are also very flexible, no extra charge for late check-out which is great! Voucher for welcome drink at the check in and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine.

As usual, everything was just perfect: location, great interior design, room with everything you need for a comfortable stay, delicious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, restaurant with live music on Friday, free of charge city tour with a guide for guests on Saturday. We had a great weekend!

Great service, top quality beds, spacious, wonderful books to enjoy while drinking something in the lounge. Parking not overprized. Great location to make a walk in the beautiful neighborhood even if you tired after day of travelling or you like to make a walk before breakfast. Very kind and well aware of what's going on in Poznan city staff. Thank you!
