Our car (station wagon) was too long (>4.6 m) for the secure underground garage, but the very helpful staff at reception allowed us to park on the hotel concourse.

Good location not far from main railway station for exploring the city. Very helpful staff - all fluent in English. Brilliant buffet breakfast, with lots of options. Immaculate rooms. Tea and coffee available all day in the hotel lobby. Excellent rooftop bar/restaurant with views across the city.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and cosy internal decoration deserves a shout out. I had to leave very early in the morning and the staff prepared a very comprehensive take away breakfast. Top notch hotel bar, which is quite popular in Warsaw. Would definitely come back.

Keycard in the room and first elevator was glitching, lights were flickering, light control in the room was a steep learning curve, tablet controls too – some things, like temperature control and blinds still remained a secret for me after two days. Small things. A bit pretentious atmosphere, but tolerably so.

(Except small glitches in advanced room control technology) the staff, design, comfy bed, cleanliness, restaurant and especially the roof bar view were things to keep in warm memories.

Pricy place. Perhaps a bit too much, despite the high quality of service. Very young staff everywhere, one wonders if they are all the legal age... That means that the responses to questions are sometimes a bit overenthusiastic. You need to know hw to operate a tablet to use all facilities in the room - for the lightning, electronic shutters and even or changing the channels on TV. Rather cumbersome.

Perfect location in the centre of Warsaw yet at a calm street. Very clean place, quiet room, excellent breakfast. One feels really comfortable there. A trendy bar "Loreta" at the top floor adds to the excitement.

The hotel is situated in a dead area for mobile phones and neither of us could receive or make calls and we were reliant on the WiFi. I do not recommend the parking if you have a large car as getting in and out is really awkward. There's no room service after 22:30 which is unusual for a four star hotel. The bar on floor 7 charges central London prices. As an example, two single Tanqaray gin and tonics and a large bottle of water was pushing €30.

The rooms are better than other hotels in a similar price bracket. They have nice decor, are spotlessly clean, and the lighting is fantastic. I don't normally go for hotel breakfasts , but the breakfast at Puro was really great and worth going for. Some hotel TVs can be difficult to get to work and connect with your apps, but that wasn't the case at Puro. The Chromecast linking system is perfect and easy to use.

The parking is overpriced.

The location is very central and the design on point! Very functional. Go for a deink on the terrace. The view is stunning. The gym is very well equipped with new gear. Recommend!

Despite my little incident, there is nothing to complain about.

There was a technical difficulty with my room door. But the staff was really helpful and I even got compensated for my inconvenience. Everybody was extremely friendly, professional and cheerful. The whole place has a nice and relaxed vibe. The interior is beautifully designed, the beds are so comfortable and the location couldn't be better for a city trip. Breakfast was also great, with a lot of variety. I definitely would come back.

Booking.com had messed my reservation, took me ages to check in as they got totally wrong info at the hotel than what I had booked... how that is even possible?

I loved almost everything!! out of the 43 countries I have travelled, the breakfast was the best I have ever had - just incredible. Loved the decor of the hotel, and the location is fantastic. The rooms were pretty basic, but for the price also very good quality for money. Loved the hotel and will be back for sure.

Although we felt safe in the hotel and everything was perfect, we didn't like that the location was next to some graffiti walls that were a bit scary at the first glance. For the rest, can't complain.

We really appreciate a good use of technology in controlling the lights, cleanliness schedule and easy checkout. We included the breakfast in our stay which was a good decision considering the quality of food and the festive days of our stay. The hotel was super clean and overall, the service was very good.

-Too soft pillows. When we asked for a harder pillow, they gave us a harder but really big and uncomfortable pillow so couldn’t sleep well at all -During the night the room’s lights suddenly turned on 3 times! (probably because of a problem in the card slot near the entrance) Really annoying…
