We used this hotel as a base while travelling around Poland. Each time we went away the hotel took care of our suitcases allowing us to just take a small bag. Everything suited us perfectly here. Close to the old town, the Metro and the main train station, restaurants etc. I can highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again

No room service before 1230. Awful garage in -2 - with big car on the edge of what they say is max, it’s almost impossible to leave it.

Central location, 10min walk to the palace of culture and since and all surrounding attractions, good breakfast, nice spa and gym, very helpful stuff.

The only thing we didn’t like was very noisy guests in the corridors during the night. Our sleep was disturbed several times. Perhaps better noise cancellation for the rooms? Don’t know how this could be done but this is the only slight complaint.

Location was great. Check in was fast and informative. Hotel rooftop bar is lovely and great service. Indian over the road is delicious and not too expensive. Would stay again. Felt more like 5 star.

A lovely new hotel, I especially liked their restaurant and breakfast selection as well as the bar on the top floor. The bar has great vibes in the evening and view from the open terrace.

We loved this hotel. Comfortable rooms Heated bathroom floor Beautiful breakfast Excellent restaurant and service Delightful sunny garden terrace and wonderful staff. Short walk to the metro and main train station. We stayed at this hotel as our base while travelling in Poland. The hotel looked after our bags allowing us to just take an overnight bag for trips away rather than having to drag them around with us on each return we received a free upgrade I highly recommend this hotel

We’ve been to Warszawa many times and this by far has been the best accommodation we’ve ever had. Staff are lovely Palina and both Jacobs(overnight team) were lovely, patient and very helpful. Rooms are well designed, environmentally friendly and extremely clean. The entire hotel is designed and decorated beautifully and on top of everything, it is located in the heart of the Centrum. You will hardly need any transportation as everything is a few minutes away on foot.

Our car (station wagon) was too long (>4.6 m) for the secure underground garage, but the very helpful staff at reception allowed us to park on the hotel concourse.

Good location not far from main railway station for exploring the city. Very helpful staff - all fluent in English. Brilliant buffet breakfast, with lots of options. Immaculate rooms. Tea and coffee available all day in the hotel lobby. Excellent rooftop bar/restaurant with views across the city.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and cosy internal decoration deserves a shout out. I had to leave very early in the morning and the staff prepared a very comprehensive take away breakfast. Top notch hotel bar, which is quite popular in Warsaw. Would definitely come back.

Keycard in the room and first elevator was glitching, lights were flickering, light control in the room was a steep learning curve, tablet controls too – some things, like temperature control and blinds still remained a secret for me after two days. Small things. A bit pretentious atmosphere, but tolerably so.

(Except small glitches in advanced room control technology) the staff, design, comfy bed, cleanliness, restaurant and especially the roof bar view were things to keep in warm memories.

Pricy place. Perhaps a bit too much, despite the high quality of service. Very young staff everywhere, one wonders if they are all the legal age... That means that the responses to questions are sometimes a bit overenthusiastic. You need to know hw to operate a tablet to use all facilities in the room - for the lightning, electronic shutters and even or changing the channels on TV. Rather cumbersome.

Perfect location in the centre of Warsaw yet at a calm street. Very clean place, quiet room, excellent breakfast. One feels really comfortable there. A trendy bar "Loreta" at the top floor adds to the excitement.

The hotel is situated in a dead area for mobile phones and neither of us could receive or make calls and we were reliant on the WiFi. I do not recommend the parking if you have a large car as getting in and out is really awkward. There's no room service after 22:30 which is unusual for a four star hotel. The bar on floor 7 charges central London prices. As an example, two single Tanqaray gin and tonics and a large bottle of water was pushing €30.

The rooms are better than other hotels in a similar price bracket. They have nice decor, are spotlessly clean, and the lighting is fantastic. I don't normally go for hotel breakfasts , but the breakfast at Puro was really great and worth going for. Some hotel TVs can be difficult to get to work and connect with your apps, but that wasn't the case at Puro. The Chromecast linking system is perfect and easy to use.

The parking is overpriced.

The location is very central and the design on point! Very functional. Go for a deink on the terrace. The view is stunning. The gym is very well equipped with new gear. Recommend!
