Shower arrangement/ bathroom set-up (wets floor). Breakfast to order very tasty, but takes some time even when not crowded.

Great location, friendly staff, underground parking, tasty breakfast (buffet and to order), coffee generally available, some nice restaurants nearby. Staff speaks English quite well.

Our room couldn't be described as spacious, but overall the size was sufficient.

Modern hotel with excellent cleanliness standards. Young and helpful staff. Favorable location for visiting Wroclaw, close to the bus stop from/to the airport. The city center is also reachable within a few minutes' walk. Heating, lighting, TV, etc. in the room can be adjusted via a dedicated tablet, a modern (and even fun) system. Automatic coffee, tea, and other hot beverages machine always available for guests, very useful!

Inspring design, uplifting atmosphere, immaculate cleanliness. The backyard garden access to the river stroll induces special charm. Lobby has seatings with perfect ambience and free 24h coffee/tea. Free acceess to a marvellous, 24h partner fitness studio (2 min walk from the hotel). Staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs.

Old, the room looked like in communism. I slept in Puro in krakow and Gdańsk, ale the unfortunately, the design is incomparable

Breakfast itself and breakfast space was not worth for the asked price. And I did not noticed that I ordered stay withou breakfast. Extra €160 for 2 breakfast for 2 adulds and 2 children eating just flakes milk and sweets was negativ surprice for me.

- A/C makes a constant noise that can be a problem for people with light sleep. I complained about it to the staff and they told me that it is just by design and there was nothing that could be done (they offered a different room with no guarantee of being quieter). Being a new structure, this is disappointing - This was the first time in my life that I had a room without a fridge/bar/tea/coffee in a 4* hotel - Very limited channels on TV

Hotel parking is small and quite expensive but just 300m away there's a huge public underground parking (NFM) for third of the price of the hotel. Also breakfast is a bit too pricey but there is a vast selection of breakfast places in the zone, which we used, like nearby Charlotte or Tex-Mex place right next to it.

Central location, not fat from the train station (3tram stops) and 200m away from the bus 106 stop that goes directly to the airport. We liked the design of the Puro hotel, the comfortable bed, clean room, and some additional services like: free guided tour of the old city every Saturday at 11, which made our stay even enjoyable. We were also offered a free drink in the hotel bar and the possibility of entering a jazz club evening gratis. There was also a free ticket to the Adam Mickiewicz museum. And in the lobby there's a coffee station where you can enjoy a free tea or coffee 24/7

Late night bar staff at the bar ignored us when approached bar for assistance. Continued in their tasks and blanked husband. Hadn’t realised the time that it was closing time till afterwards. Appreciate they had to complete tasks but would have been polite for them to acknowledge & inform they were closed rather than just blanking. Everything & all other staff were great.
