The place where they serve breakfast is a bit too small and tends to be really crowded. If the weather is good, they open up the terrace, which helps. The room has a tablet with which you can adjust lighting, AC, and other stuff. That is cool, unless...the tablet freezes every few minutes. Taking these things into account, I feel it is a bit too pricey.

Great place! Tidy, cosy, and modern with a lovely patio. Although the room was quite small, I felt really comfortable in it. Wroclaw's Old Town just a few metres away.

Room was very small. We booked for 3 (2 adults, 1 child)…but there was no room for extra person. Room would still be tight but ok for 1 or 2— not for 3. Bed was also very, very firm and uncomfortable for us. Price vs value was a little high compared to other stops on this trip (Prague, Dresden, etc)

Loved the courtyard in back—very relaxing. Also access directly to walking path along the canal that leads to sites. Staff was very friendly. Finally, there were many good restaurants/cafes in immediate area.

a stange decision to have a partially transparent glass wall in the bathroom instead of a regular wall, with no sound isolation at all - that might be not comfortable for people who value toilet privacy

I keep forgetting the AC is pretty bad/not working (it's not the first time I've experienced this). Setting the lowest room temperature didn't help, and the sun can do its thing on warm days and make the room pretty hot. I'd recommend looking for an alternative if the weather forecast looks great. Otherwise a great place to stay!

This was maybe my 7th or 8th stay in Puro Wroclaw. It's a great hotel in a perfect location. Super friendly staff, comfortable room and a nice lobby where you can work in peace.

had some issues with the restaurant / bar charges. two times I had charges on my invoice that were wrong. first time, I was charged for another guest meal. that was compensated by drinks to offset. later on, I order a double measure wine and I was charged for two double measure wines. good I check what I am being charged. should not be this way

My room was set by default when I entered as Do Not Disturb, which means my room didn't get cleaned. I had no idea it was set as DND and thus had no way of correcting it.

The room doesn't have tea & coffee making facilities - I know there's free tea & coffee available in reception but it's not the same. This could just be an English obsession and it is only a minor quibble - certainly not enough to put me off staying here again.

Hotel Puro is in a great location on a quiet side street yet only about 7 minutes from the old town and around 20 minutes from the railway station (less if you know where you're going). My room, 116 - overlooking the street (Pawła Włodkowica), was very comfortable and spacious. With the benefit of hindsight I'd have chosen a room overlooking the courtyard and garden (a choice was offered). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful - the guy checking me in especially so and he gave me a city map, which was very useful. The breakfast buffet was good and, in fine weather, there's the option of eating in the courtyard. The Wi-Fi was very good - a secure network - but appeared to only work in my bedroom, although that could be my incompetence. Overall it is a terrific hotel.
