Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SingaporeI was given a free room upgrade so that's really great. Location is great if you're arriving and departing by train. On my first morning, i had to leave before breakfast time and they were able to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me, which was quite a lot. It lasted me until lunch. When I finally had the chance to have breakfast at the hotel, initially I thought the offering was so so, but turns out they have some breakfast items that are made to order and that was great. Do try that out.

I like literally everything about this hotel! This is my best experience at a 4-star hotel. The location, the interior, the staff - everything was just perfect. I really enjoyed the tablet-managed room system (lights, temperature, cleaning request, dnd mode, etc.). The staff has always been super helpful. The hotel lobby is great and there is also a coffee/tee machine there. It's possible to leave your luggage after the check-out (guess it’s also possible before the check-in). The room has been cleaned really well every time, not just before the check-in. There is always a new set of water bottles after cleaning If you finish the previous one. There is also a hygienic bag with a tampon/pad/etc. if you need one.

SwitzerlandDirectly at the mainstation of Krakow. 10 Min. walk to the old city, everything is close to the hotel. Room was all clean and top modern (tablet in the room to control lights etc.) Comfortable bed +Pillows. Staff was friendly. At the beginning there was an Wi-fi problem and they had an super fast solution for it. We'll come back :-)

- Comfortable room, great amenities and overall tasteful decor. - The information provided for the stay from the newsletter and experiences are a nice touch - the playlists in the TV were great too. - The beds were very comfortable and there was maximum use of space - the common spaces has great amenities also
