The room temperature was a little hard to regulate making it too cold or too hot.

Modern hotel with really good amenities. They packed a really good breakfast for us one morning as we were heading out early for a day trip! Breakfast in the hotel was very good too. Central location and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Krakow 😊

The location of the hotel is ideal, just opposite the Mall and the Main Bus & Train Station. Also, bus 304 starting point to Wieliczka Salt Mine is just out of the hotel, in Pawia Street. Walking distance (about 5-6 minutes) to the old city. Cozy room, with optimal soundproofing, excellent pillows, safe, hot water and everyday cleaning. Friendly stuff and 24 hours free coffee and tea which is much appreciated especially at winter time. Fully satisfied.

Suite with extra bed worked wonderfully for our family of 4. Location is excellent!! Right on the main train station and very close to old town. Bathtub was a plus. Hotel staff are friendly, breakfast has everything you could want.

There was no glass door in the shower area, only half a glass pane which made the whole toilet wet every time we showered.

It is just a few minutes walk to the start of the main old town. It is directly opposite the train and bus station, as well as a shopping mall which has a Carrefour for your groceries. Even though we got a street facing room, the sound proofing was really good and we barely heard any street noise on the second floor, even for a light sleeper like myself. Everything (lights, heating, TV) are controlled using the tablet. Wifi is strong stable. It is very clean and we loved the consistent hot water with good pressure, and underfloor heating in the bathroom. We love the free (good) coffee and wide selection of tea at the lobby too!

Lovely location, very close to the city centre, about 10 min walk to the Old Town and 20 min walk to the Castle. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I was not used to was the tea and coffee not being in the room and had to walk downstairs to the front desk to the coffee, but probably for the best so to avoid wastage. Other than that, highly recommend, 10/10.

Very cozy comfortable room. Perfectly clean. Smart adjustment of lighting in the room. Luxurious bed. I really liked the hotel restaurant. Very tasty cuisine, fast service. Very nice staff. Ideal for travelers. Near the train station, an excellent shopping center and within walking distance of the Old Town. I warned the staff about early checkout from the hotel. Early in the morning a very tasty breakfast to go was waiting for me. It was a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only reason why I am not rating this hotel as a 10 is because I cannot help but compare it with the PURO in Gdansk. Though they are very similar, this one doesn't offer a gym and the room furniture is slightly less appealing. However, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very well located, right outside the Old Town where all the action happens. It's right across the street from a huge shopping mall and Krakow Central Station, so getting to the hotel from the airport couldn't have been easier. This is the second time we've stayed at a PURO hotel. Last year was PURO in Gdansk. They didn't disappoint. The rooms are very clean, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good and offers many options for different tastes. Beds are extremely comfortable. The room is very well heated, which is important during Poland's cold winters, and there is also floor heating in the bathroom, which is great. Almost everything is within walking distance, save maybe for some parts of the Jewish Quarter, which are easily accessible by tram (the station is right in front of the hotel). Also, there are countless restaurants, shops etc., in the vicinity of the hotel.

The deluxe double's futuristic room features were interesting, but I hope they don't catch on. The floor to ceiling windows on every wall look nice when entering the room but mostly just require closing lots of curtains. There is no need for a panoramic city view from the glass walled shower. The tablet control of things like lighting and temperature needs improvement. Could not get the room to cool down (in winter). Would prefer a towel bar in the bathroom over having translucent glass bathroom walls.

Very close to train station via nice shopping mall. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Nice large shower. Krakow is a wonderful city to visit.

Perhaps some bathroom arrangements are unconventional.

Fantastic hotel with great location and transportation options. Provides a parking for a car for a price, and a decent breakfast. Rooms are functional, but the finishes are great, all the linens are superb. Robes are readily available - no need to ask for frontdesk. I liked the rabbit to control all the features in the room, however the dock for tablet disrupts the working area on a table.

Great location, very comfortable room. Location: very close to the city centre and the train station is across the road. There's a bar and a restaurant in the hotel. There's a coffee machine downstairs with delicious ground beans coffee. The hotel is not cheap but you pay for comfort and location. The room was very clean, spotless. Highly recommend.

We had a BRILLIANT time in Puro Hotel Stare Miasto. The hotel is fabulous. It’s in a wonderful location, about a ten minute stroll to the Old Town. It’s so comfortable and cosy and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect and very quiet. We had breakfast every morning and it was delicious. A huge selection and everything was very fresh. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return someday.
