Swimming pool was under some mainteince and out of order. But we were offered free taxi and use of another hotels pool free of charge. So can't complain here 😉

Very nice reception staff. Nothing was too much for these young people... Mrs Iwona managed to sneak in birthday cake for my husband even if she only found out about it last minute. Clean, big rooms with lovely bathroom and walk in shower. We recommend this hotel for anyone who looks for a city break. And we'll be back there. 💪😍

We were charged about 45eur for the laundry service we did not use, but as we were in a hurry to check-out, there was not enough time to get to the bottom of it. Also, there was a bit of disturbing noise during the night - probably due to the air-conditioning and safety measures? No access to the pool.

The breakfast had a great variety and the gyn was great.

-egg Benedict and other egg dishes on the menu card you should check one more time with international cooks how to really prepare... they were all different -room card every time blocked and I had to change it. Reception said it is because of having the card-key close to the phone, but it was really annoying at some point (reception visit in spa outfit, when in rush need to go all the way to reception back etc...) -air facility was extremely loud (I guess old as well) in my room and was hard to sleep with this on. I would expect a different one for 4*hotel at this level. -please clean gym equipment (especially mats). They are dirty and smell not so good.

+Big room and Big Bathroom +Gym facility allowed me to work out while watching my child in the pool. And in Pool, there was a lifeguard which made me feel super safe for me and my child. +modern gym equipment +water was not cold in the pool +very nice and generous breakfast area with terrace and kind staff members -Tesla charger directly in hotel

It was difficult to communicate with the reception as they did not understand English well. The payment for parking was confusing and almost had to pay twice because of miscommunication.

they could have a work room, some computer and a printer to use. I really wanted to print some papers, and I had to handle them to receptionist and they printed it. it was ok, but for such a big hotel with people coming for bussines purposes, they should have a "work space".

I requested for early check-in through mail and received message that "not guaranteed , but if available we will accommodate. When we reached at 11.30 AM to reception from airport, i have inquired then it was told to put luggage and come at 3pm by saying that no room is vacant. When i have requested too much then the young guy at reception told me that give me 50% of the room rent in Cash then i will provide room to you. I was surprised then i have just spoken to him that I have recorded (in actual not recorded) your version and going to tell your boss and also will share to booking.com that you are asking bribe. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I booked a room for 3 and arrived to only one bed. A roll up mattress was added where I could feel every spring in it!

Pillows are flat and lifeless. Hotel seems to be next to a hospital or police station - sirens can be heard quite often. At the moment their is major construction near the hotel and this can be heard

The place is a bit far from Centre of town.Internal deco a bit dated.Lot’s of thinks didn’t work Main Entrance Doors and Jacuzzi one of the showers in the Spa.Steam room had a broken seat with bit of tape over it.The wellness need to be renovated to be 5 star.

When we arrived, the nearby intersection of the big streets was being repaired. Everything was blocked off, the noise of the saws was terrible. It was only possible to come and go by taxi. I understand that the hotel has nothing to do with it, but the pleasure of the stay was slightly spoiled.

The hotel is a little old-fashioned, but it looks attractive. The staff is very nice and supportive. We came with a two month old daughter and the hotel was very comfortable for us. Our room was really big and they put a crib in the room. The breakfast is delicious. Room service is nice and fast.

Nothing significant. Weak TV signal, no minibar, and still no toilet brush, which is a bit awkward. I prefer not to leave braking marks behind....

Last time I stayed in this hotel was when it was called the Hyatt Regency. It is somewhat sad to see a once great hotel slowly fading into just beeing good. Bit outdated, but still a nice hotel though, with spacious and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, gym and spa. Overall, you get a good price/value in my opinion.

TV reception is terrible. The Russian neighbour at work? A room for two booked and paid should have two bathrobes, two sauna sleepers and two towels. Not crucial for my positive evaluation but annoying details.

Well located. Clean. Generous breakfast buffet. Good coffee. Restaurant is excellent. Two young creative Chefs deliver a very tasty menu. Staff is helpful and provides a 5 star service.

The food was definitely a disappointment, I bought breakfasts hoping for some first quality food. It was just good but nothing out of ordinary. the orange juice was from a box (well known polish brand), the cheese from multi pack already sliced. there was nothing local from small brands. We didn’t feel that the staff went an extra mile to make the guests feel fantastic.especially not the lady in the restaurant front end. in the evening we ordered pizza and a burger. it was a disappointment as well. we were surprised that there were so little older staff, it looked like most of them were still learning.

I loved the room with park view, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. the bed and bedsheets were very comfortable and big. the room was very clean and warm. I liked the swimming pool which was big and clean and the sauna. they also have great gim.

I'm just a bit disappointed about the view that i had from my room, it was not on the city but on a broken road. Then i had to pay my breakfast on the second day but it was already included on my booking for both of the days
