Location is on a very busy and noisy tram and traffic junction.

I enjoyed everything except for the carpet stains. Otherwise, it was perfect.

The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to Old Town, making it a convenient location for visitors. The pink room that I stayed in was beautifully adorned and spacious. The bed was also large and cosy. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful.

No milk or teabags in room..asked for shower but received a bath..only v minor things..thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I love everything about the hotel. The room decoration is also lovely. Always so comfy. I love the heated floor too. Location is the best. Really close to the square and tram stop.

Rooms are exactly as you expect from photographs. Reception were really helpful and contactable anytime. Worth the money, close to old town and really comfortable.

Lovely quirky place! Very welcoming, comfortable and clean. Would recommend letting them know your arrival/check in time beforehand as they tend to keep the door secure and you'll need to wait for someone to let you in if they're not at the desk.

Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest airport bus stop, and a short walk to the old town main square. Wonderful breakfast, with lots of choice and lovely friendly staff.

The bathrooom was nice, but there wasn't much room to put anything.

Noise from main road most of the night but it didn’t detract from our stay and is to be expected as the hotel is so close to the centre of the old town.

Lovely little gem of a hotel very close to old town Wrocław.The town square is a short walk away,the hotel rooms are spotless,spacious and perfect for a base to explore.We didn’t order breakfast so can’t comment on this.

Only 1 tiny pillow on each bed did not sleep well due to this however perhaps if we had asked at reception I think they would of provided extra The shower was in the bath and it was rather difficult getting in and out of the bath due to the height and width. Felt scared I would slip and fall

So here are 3 things that were not addressed to the hotel at all, but bear in mind: - VERY IMPORTANT - if they ask you somewhere in Wrocław, when paying by card, if you prefer the sum in zloty or euro, always, always, always choose zloty (PLN). If you choose euro, that looks like a very good idea, you will be charged with extra tax on your card of 6.5% - that means that you will have to pay additional 6.5 euro for every 100 euros you pay!!! - traditional tip is some 10% - if you pay in cash, nobody will ask you for a tip - you pay only if you are pleased with the service, but id you pay by card, they will charge you 10% tip no matter if you want to pay it or not - no need for a taxi to the hotel- take bus 106 and for the same time it will take you to some 600 meters from the hotel. Just a short stroll in a nice neighbourhood and you are there

Everything was just great - location, room, service, etc., but I really enjoyed the breakfast- with a touch of everything and incredible quality. I felt as if I was in Italy - so welcoming and tasty
