The facilities where in different locations and the set up is not as a typical hotel rather than a collection of rooms in a building. Maybe is a wrong classification from booking.com that introduce this facility under hotels.

Firstly the information on hotel entry is really poor there should be additional info on Nowy Świat how to get inside, some might not find it as a problem since that information is available on apartments site, I booked close to date so i did not check prior to travel, one big downside is that the internal walls between rooms are thin you can hear quite well what is happening int he room next to yours, very few sockets in room, you need to plug out a lamp to charge your phone next to bed.

Great location cleanliness, reception service, polite out of their own accord offered a switch from room on 3 floor to room on first, when noticed my crutch, with same standard, and additional accessories from room upgrade, a cool interior vintage design, very quiet A/C, comfortable chairs for work, really comfortable bed. functional; safe clean bathroom, very big shower cabin, balcony on the internal yard. Practically everything you'd expect from a exclusive boutique apartments, a lot of commodities & furniture nicely placed in a small room, nicely arranged. Breakfast, really tasty, with a nice touch instead of a typical preheated breakfast meals you can ask(sincea cook is on place), to prepare a french toast or pancakes on the spot. very tasty & fresh.

Had some problem with WiFi connection on the first day, later on it was fixed by the staff. Breakfast is in another building and need to go outside to get there.

Close to the old city, private parking is possible with reservation.

My room was facing the courtyard and so was quiet, but rooms facing the street might have been slightly noisy since it was a busy street. It also took be a couple of attempts to find the right entrance, since the signage was a little confusing – don't go into the courtyard, because the entrance is on the street!

The reception staff were very helpful, with excellent English. The room was at a very high standard, with a large comfortable bed, a kitchenette and a good size bathroom. Everything was very clean. The location was excellent, a 30-second walk from Nowy Swiat.

If you need to leave the luggage before or after the check in/check out it's kind of tricky to find the reception of the other building of Sleepwell and, also, to find someone there (only by calling as there is no permanence at the desk). This was the only weak point of our stay.

We got an upgrade for the room, it was a very nice and quite room. Quite large also, lovely decoration.

It advertises 24hr reception but this means you can call someone 24hrs/day. There is not a reception desk like you may expect from a regular hotel and this is misleading. You need to have a working cell phone or else you cannot access the apartment. Once called it did not take long for someone to meet us to give us the keys.

I was very nicely renovated, stylish, and clean and close to shops, restaurants, and old town.

There was not anything I would particularly disliked .

Fantastic room , very comfortable and very close everywhere .Excellent accomodation-it was my second time staying in Sleep Well. There was however a family with a child upstairs which was quite noisy up to about 11 pm. Although it is a fantastic place to stay which I highely recommended to the people visiting Warsaw I would take an ear plugs in case lots of ambulances and police cars are driving through the streets in the night -it is expected as this is busiest City Centre. I like the fact that is so well connected to the public transport ,restaurants and only w walk to an Old Town and City Centre . Nowy Swiat is very attractive for everyone who visits Warsaw I would start from there. Easily accessible by bus from Chopin Airport -175 .

Bed was way to soft. But its personal preference :)

Pancakes for breakfast was deliciuos. Food in mini swedish table also was fresh and with plenty variety. Was worth it. Room was very clean, and prepared. Location offcourse good. One thing to Mention - administrator usualy is not in place, but dont worry - shes allways picks up a phone and is accessible.

If you first time enter this hotel. it's not easy to found the door.

It's the best hotel in warsaw. near the old town, 15 min walk to the old town. you can easy to found everything near hotel. food shop, supermarket, .....

Would be useful to have a bit more wardrobe space, there were only 3 hangers in the room.

Easy to find, bus connection from airport almost to the front door, great location to explore the city, street is even closed during weekend - it turns to wide walking promenade. Very friendly welcome, nice room, cleaned every day (I didn't expect that since it is described as apartment)

Hard to find but not a big deal..

Had little hard time to find the, the Google map brings you to Starbucks, you have to go round the building. But the place is very fuzzy clean and comfortable, I slept well!) Thank you, definitely coming back!
