The internet Wi-Fi was not good (it was practically working only in the kitchen) We told that it will be 5 people, but there were not enough cups. There were no oven. After arrival we found that one of the doors handles were broken and I needed to call the maintenance. There were no balcony on the top floor (the attic), but photos suggested that it will be.

It was not on the first floor. Nearby (approximately 10 min away) were mountains trails.

We booked for 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids who do not sleep in same bed. On arrival we realized that there was only two beds.

There was no instructions what to do on arrival. It was good that laundry delivery arrived at same time and we could ask from him.

Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in our apartment, in living room there was no Wi-Fi signal at all. as well we didn’t find any trash bags in the kitchen , as we stayed here for 5 days it would be nice to have some extra trash bags.

location and view are really nice , big balcony to enjoy mountain landscape. spacious rooms, comfy beds. calm neighbourhood. quite close -15-20 min to the center of the town.

All depends who will be other guests. One time you are lucky but sometime the companies are coming without any respect to others. The cleanliness should be approved.

Bad location, located far from anywhere. WIFI was also horrible, only the bedroom had connection, so for the ones sleeping in the living room, there is no connection. The taxi number provided in the apartment was also not good as the taxi driver tried to charged us more than 2x the agreed amount. The property has a very weird system whereby you cannot exit the property without the key.

The shower was good with hot water.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. It didn't even work in the living room and barely worked elsewhere. The kitchenette was very small and not well equipped. The place did not give us the impression of being very clean. The receptionist was not very friendly and wouldn't allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check in time. It is also far from downtown and thermal baths - 2.5 km.

It is located close to the Tatrzanski Norodowy Park. The terrace had a wonderful view.

The keys needed to be picked up about 3km away at a very dark and empty hotel. There were four keys, one of which worked. The information about the keys was in the fine print in one of about six emails I received from booking and rentplanet. The apartment was freezing when we got there. A window was left open. I called. A woman told me she was sorry and that someone would be there in the morning. She also told me the temperature was 22 degrees. That can't be true - there's no thermostat in the apartment. With the open window, the radiators would've been hot. They were cold. No one ever came. My husband got the water flowing through all four radiators with his keys and a butter knife. He also fixed a shade that fell down. There was no shampoo, no paper towels, no dish towel (I dried dishes and wiped the table with one of the bathroom towels) There was 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days. No toaster, no cutting board, no cooking oil, no oven. There was one small, flat pillow for each person. With a wooden headboard and no lamps (only overhead light bulbs) it was impossible to sit in bed and read. The sofa bed is lopsided. It is meant for one person, not two. The sheet was too small to cover it. Before check-out, they sent a text to leave the key in the corridor. We didn't have a corridor. We had an outside entrance. This made me wonder if they even knew where we were. They certainly didn't seem prepared for us. We got lucky that the weather was unseasonably sunny and warm. The location for hiking was perfect. Had it been normal weather, the stay would've been miserable.

The location for all day hikes is perfect. The TV worked. The photos above are of the neighbor's private home, not the facility we stayed in.

No Wi-fi at our flat, the higher you go in the building the worse it works and in our case - none. Outside lamp in the terrace was not working, bed was so so, light switches in the dining/kitchen are were broken and the towel hanger in the toilet as well.

In the morning we had to call and remind them that we ordered and paid for breakfast ... The photos show terraces or balconies with a view, we were hindered by the room where they were not. There was no heater or dryer, so going straight from the mountain after the rain is not like drying clothes. Lack of cleanliness ...

The location itself is convenient, you can walk directly to the mountains from the room. Breakfast is very large, but they are "supermarket level". It is better to just buy the products and make them on site, because the conditions are there.
