Despite the room being in need of a minor refresh. The cleanliness and amenities are good. The seating arrangement during breakfast is unusual. It’s probably a sign of attentiveness, but it doesn’t appeal to me. In addition to the many leisure activities, you can expect a higher number of visitors even in winter season.

There's no restaurant open to eat in the afternoon and while there are plethora of delivery options, it's a bit inconvenient.

Swimming pool and kid's play arena make it a great hotel for a family retreat.

The pool area for kids was closed the whole weekend and nobody informed us before, we found out when we were already there in our swimming suits.

The place is great for a family time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.

Not clear how to use car entranse/leave parking. Where to pay for it, cause reception doesn't work 24/7. It wasn't very clean room. Tried to find out in a website, but it's in polish only.

Comfortable room and a bed. Friendly stuff. Found a bath (instead of shower) - very surprised! It was great to use it.

there is a train-track near by, so gets a bit loud when train passes by. Breakfast could be better. but in general we were satisfied.

Reception desk has very limited working hours. When I was arriving, I was coming slightly after 19 and they left the key at the entrance guard. Also the receptionist called me about that and passed the key even though I told I’m in the taxi and will be there shortly so when I came she was still there - what was the point?.. Also, she was mentioning the specific gate which the taxi should drive through - although I had no idea where it was, I had just the address. Luckily, the guard on the other gate hasn’t closed it yet at that time so we were able to drive through it. Also, it’s not very convenient when you have questions- receptionists are not present neither in the morning, nor in the evening. One night kids were running and screaming in the corridor after 10 pm and there was no one I could ask to deal with that as the authorities of the hotel. The breakfast is good but could’ve had a bit more variety.

The localisation is great, surrounded by forests. The territory is also green and calming. Personnel was polite. Tram stop is just 5 minutes away.

This place is amazing. The hotel by itself is nice and comfortable, but it comes with access to an aquapark and a huge indoor playground.

Lovely place just hidden near the city centre. Beautiful surroundings. Good sense of painting and fine art collections. Really recommend to everyone who want to escape from narrowed and nervous city life. The room is nice soundproofed and the bed is comfortable. I feel myself at home.

Only one thing - there is a train line next to the property and the trains all sound their loud horns as they go past.

This is as good a 3 ☆ hotel as you will find anywhere - staff, facilities, room, breakfast - all great.

it is a pity that the restaurant is not open for lunch and dinner as you could then only order delivery from the city or travel there for lunch/dinner. Also, the waterpark becomes very crowded after 10:00.

Safe, located in a guarded park, with a waterpark/indoor playhouse/bowling/sports facilities next door, which is mainly for young children. The area is nice for relax and walk.
