I wish there was a complimentary bottle of water as in many hotels. When one arrives late and has no time to find water in the middle of the night, this would come handy.

I like the size of the room and cleanliness, that bathroom and toilet are separate, cups and spoon in the room, comfortable bed and sofa.

They didn't find out how to turn on the ventilation in the bathroom after bath time, but it's not a critical point.

My family stayed there for one night. I'm thankful to the administrators who made this time peaceful and comfortable. There were few requirements, extra bad for my daughter (2 years) and prepared sofa for nice - everything was ready. They have a nice quite yard with a swimming pool. Recomend

Paying in EUR by card... nobody from your staff informed us on high exchange commission if paying by card in EUR instead of PLN. If we knew this information (which should be disclosed to us upon paying) and if we were told this information we would pay in PLN since our card takes only 3% for conversion compared to yours 10-11% and therefore we lost 35 EUR on room payment and around 15 EUR in NOVO restaurant for 3 days of eating there. Nowhere to wash hands in separate toilet area in room. Although is commendable that you are thinking of environment it is not convenient for your guests to ask every day for room cleaning and towel change because if we dont ask for it we wont get it done... Executive room have late check-out till 17:00 but our keys were already disabled earlier around 15:30 when we came back to hotel for our luggage and lunch in your restaurant so we needed to go to down to the reception and wait in line since staff members were busy to get new keys for our room. That's why our review is 8.0 instead of 9.5

Very good family friendly hotel not far from city center. Location of hotel is not central, but it is quite close to Old town and main attractions. If you are arriving from Chopin Airport (WAW) then it is very close, few minutes ride with taxi but if you are arriving from Modlin Airport (WMI) then it is not close, approximately 1 hour ride with taxi. Surrounding of hotel is good but not ideal, on 2 sides there are construction lots/depots an on other 2 sides is Sound garden hotel, street and parks. In front of hotel is bus station where you can take a bus or wait for Uber/Bolt which is always within 3min because of airport proximity so a lot of them are waiting nearby. We had executive room on last floor. Good size, nicely clean and good for 2 adults+2 small children. Queen bed for adults and folding sofa for small kids. Although room have separate bathroom and toilet, it is not convenient since there is no sink for washing hands in toilet area so you need to exit and go to bathroom to wash your hands which is neither hygienic or practical. Love the idea but it's not complete... There is very small balcony where you can just exit and look at town. Our room was on the back side of hotel and it was very noisy with window open since on roof bellow there are ventilation shafts and air conditioning units so it wasn't very enjoyable with window open and therefore we kept it closed all the time. Room is equipped with TV, Bluetooth radio, minibar with 4 bottles of water, water kettle, Nespresso machine with two capsule, few bags of tea and instant coffee, sugar and creamer, ironing board and iron for clothes... Bathroom is good size and good equipped although towels heater didn't work, good choice of toiletries and bathroom essentials. Breakfast is quite good but need update on pastry sections (only 2 cakes) and should have Nutella (or similar),fruits need to be restocked faster.

Super friendly staff. Parking in front of the hotel, although not free but you get 50% discount for signing up some loyalty program. Rooms were clean and even had water kettle, mini fridge and big TV. Definitely recommended hotel

It was nice to be upgraded to a better room free of charge. I LOVED the fact that they have great place for kids to place right in the lobby area. AND on top of that the cozy library place, where you can sit secluded but still near the kids if necessary.
