Poor sound insulation. But the neighbours were not very loud and we were tired after hiking , so it was not a huge problem for us.

I like this accommodation very much. Excellent location. Very close to railway station and also to the downtown. Very clean room. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and also very clean. Our room was on the ground flow and the first day of our accommodation was a little rainy , there wasn't sunny and it was quite cold in the room. The heating was turned off. And I was extremely surprised that the owner turn it on in the evening in spite of it was april already and it wasn't cold outside. I appreciate it very much. Next days it was sunny and we didn't need the heating.

The facility was hard to find, there was very little parking space, not the prettiest views around, and you had to take your shoes off to enter the lodging.

Just a regular place, a big guest house with lots of apartments inside. Can't point out anything good, we just spent the night. The price was a little less than average.

Not a big deal for me but since the room was located at the top floor right under the roof, you should be aware of the inclined ceiling.

It's a lovely place 10 minutes away from the train station and you can leave your bags after check out to walk around some more. Room itself is very cosy and clean, and the little kitchen had all necessary appliances for a short stay.

I felt that the house rules posted on the door came across a little bit strong – maybe there is a friendlier way of explaining those things to guests!

Clean, comfortable rooms in a cute house. Within walking distance of the center of Zakopane. Easy check in process. I booked the triple room – I didn’t expect to have access to a communal kitchen which was a really nice bonus. Nice view of the mountainsin clear weather :)

Unfortunately I have to file a big complaint about this property and I am looking forward for money refund for this apartment rental! In front of our room people were so drunk and so noisy, music was on the loudspeaker until 3:00 A.M. that we could not fall asleep and nobody from the owners reacted to it!! People in front of our apartment rented 2 rooms, they were in group and they were completely drunk slamming the door from the evening to the early morning all the time! But that was not the worst thing. Thing, that was completely unacceptable is that other people around 4 A.M. OPENED OUR ROOMS WITH THEIR OWN KEY WITHOUT OUR PERMITION in the middle of the night and THEY STEPPED TO OUR ROOM!! After a while my partner came and closed the door again from the inside! How can it be even possible to do that if someone else is sleeping there and the doors are locked?!?! Why the lockers are the same??!! We booked an OVERNIGHT in a “Willa Cyrek” to sleep, but we could not close our eyes to sleep the whole night because we were scared that those people will do that again or that they will rob us!! I tried to contact the owner at 8:00 A.M. but the person did not pick up the phone. In the owner statement - I should have been the person who will tell them that they have been behavioring unacceptable! I am a guest, not an owner! The next day we had to check out, we left with no sleep, we were completely exhausted because of that and we had to drive a long distance and then in the late evening we had the flight. It was a terrible NIGHTMARE not OVERNIGHT with any pleasure!! We contacted the owner and she said that this is not her fault! We are going to make additional steps in this case. Strangers cannot interrupt your intimacy in the middle of the night and step to your room without your permition!

It was terrible. The sound isolation is missing at all. Above us when guests are walking or moving the chair we hear the noise. 3 nights we could not sleep at all. The owner does not met guests, we never saw the owner. Communication only in SMS in Polish. The owner does not know English. Need to wear plastic slipper given by owner, it is hard to find own size. Everybody uses each other slippers, not hygienic. Both walls and floors are not sound isolated. The laminate gives terrible sound at each step of the above guests. Above flood the chair movement also can be heard. Even at the night it is terrible. On the floor above us, the creak of the laminate floor can be heard terribly like elephants are running above us. We couldn't sleep all night. The was no frozen part in the big fridge in the kitchen. The very very small fridge in the room is very noisy, when set fridge to correct level. Could not froze the meal we bought in the shop on level 1, so was melt. Somehow duvet cover was washed inside out and the surface contacting with us was not washed well, we felt our skin itched. The was no shoe spoon at the entry. Where boots are stored at the entry it is dangerous because in the first minute I hit my head and my bed become very red. It would be better to put addition soft cover below the stair, where boots are stored.

Clean, warm, tea and cofee and sugar in the kitchen. Pots and plates, mug. Clean, even washed by me was put into cubboard and the towell in the kitchan was cahnged to dry. Good table for 4 persons in the kitchen. Good fridge in the kitchen. One for all guests. Toshiba TV we could use with mobile phone to log into Netflix with own user by reading QR code an what on own language movies. Very good entertaiment. Very good free WIFI. Very nice room and kitchen. Everthing is in the kitchen. Very clean! The city center is very close, about 20 minutes walk. About 50 meters away very good fodd store. There are many restaurant within 50 meters from the house.

Paper-thin walls (we could hear people talking from the adjacent room). Due to that, every time somebody flushed a toilet above, it was as if it happened in our room. The heating was not optimal (perhaps because we were on the ground floor).
