I almost missed the turn to get onto the property. The pool was very cold, I would have figured it to be heated seeing as it was an indoor pool.

Lots of restaurants in the area. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast variety was nice.

During my entire stay, my room was never serviced. I understand that it was during the Christmas holiday, but I would have hoped that my room would have been serviced at less once during my stay.

I love the wonderful greeting I received from the front desk attendant. This is my second time staying at this location and she greeted during my previous stay. She is wonderful!

When we checked in that night we man that checked us in was awesome. I can't remember the name very well, I believe it was Chase or something like that. He was so awesome. If I live closer I would still him from you as an employee. lol

$200+ just to sleep somewhere for a night is very pricey. But I understand why. There was an NFL game, the hotel location appears to be in a "safe" location, while a lot of "affordable" places are not. The sleeper sofa was kind of uncomfortable.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. I liked that the room had a sleeper sofa. While I did not use the amenities, I did like that it had a fitness center and indoor pool.

I have no complaints at all. The only thing would be the location of the storage containers on the street in front of the parking lot caused some visibility issues.

The staff was exceptional. When I gave my name upon arrival, the attendant recognized my name and knew that a change had been made to my reservation. She informed me that my room had been upgraded due to lack of availability for the room I had originally booked. She was very professional and apologized for any inconvenience.

Construction dust all over elevator and lobby floor. One elevator sat open at lobby entire stay with alarm on. Only one elevator useable.

Rooms were big. Bed comfortable. Room was clean. Was being updated.

I was charged a $75 pet fee that I was NEVER informed of. My mom has a small emotional support dog, and I notified them at check-in. I wasn't informed of any pet fee and didn't find out until I got home and checked my bank statement. She never asked for any paperwork to verify, either.

By me having 3 kids and I love baths myself I didn't have a tub stopper so I had to use a rag to plug up the tub. It worked of course but we should have the option for all tubs. The bed was uncomfortable to where I kept waking up but I made it work while we was there. Improve the tub and the bed and this place would be a 10 out of 10 for me.

The breakfast was amazing, the space in the room was much needed with 3 kids and the location was 5-6 mins from my n-laws. The staff members were very attentive and welcoming.

TV in an inconvenient place in the room we had (can't lay on the bed and watch it). Though they were clean, the sheets did not have a clean smell.

The room we had smelt strongly of cannabis which caused issues for my disabled son, and sleeper sofa mattress wasn't great,but we had already unpacked and were very tired from our 9 hour drive, so we remained. Staff however did try to offer another room
