Very comfortable and friendly hotel. The staff were always willing ti listen and made quite a few special arrangements for us. breakfast was good. On site spa was also very good.

The property was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony to the mountains was lovely! It’s a great location because the area is quiet and away from crowds, but still close to the main tourist attractions. Recommend very much!

The plugs for the tv sounded a bit like they could use an exchange, since there was a burning electric sound audible.. not the most modern hotel but it kinda fits the Charme!

My boyfriend and me were hesitant to choose for sth closer to the central Centre or the hiking trails. Since we wanted to go hiking in Lysa Polana we had to take a bus either way. This hotel was not only surrounded by great restaurants and a fun park, the service was very friendly, our room had a sweet balcony with a view to the mountains, I also preferred the a little more rural area over the very touristic city Centre. We really enjoyed using the hotel’s balcony next to the bar and the proper breakfast!

Everything was perfect, or better than we expected. The people were kind and helpful in all cases. I was 30 weeks pregnant during our stay and they helped me in everything to feel comfortable. I have food allergy and I noted in advance. They arranged glutenfree bread and diary free (plant based) milk for the breakfast. The meals were fantastic and there was a wide range of selections. The room was beautiful and super clean. I am pretty sure that we will return as family when our baby is born. I highly recommend the hotel for everyone!

I liked everything. However, I would love to also see some other items for breakfast, like more fruit & some non-lactose option (milk, yogurt). But still, the food was very tasty and they had a nice selection.

Great location, super quiet for a good rest, close to main city (plenty of restaurants) by walk and close to the hiking trails. Beautiful new designed room & bathroom, and spacious balcony with mountain view (in our case). Personal was super nice and helpful. For sure I am coming back next year.

No soundproofing between corridor and bedroom. Other guests coming back to their room in middle of the night talking loudly with full voice. Banging door. Few facilities should be a default in 3 star Hotel like tea and coffee, room service etc, like everywhere else in Europe.

Superb location. Plentiful breakfast. Smiled staff. Clean everywhere.. It was second time in this hotel and I would definitely come back.

Not a lot of help at the front desk. No info on Check out. No support on how to book services within the hostel. A pity Too much noise coming from other rooms. You can hear the conversations

-the room was above the kitchen, so we could hear the music and smells coming from it in the mornings. -dirt stain on the floor and on the curtains -you could hear the cars riding on the street even with the windows closedtt (but the street was rather quiet, so it happened not really often)

The hotel is on a rather quiet street, The personnel was nice. It was clean in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine.

By spa centre they mean sauna for extra price, cold rooms, nowhere to dry wet clothes. Comments for the staff - “Its zakopane” and “Use umbrellas”, yeah sure I will hold an umbrella while climbing to mountain. Even parking is for extra, even then those rooms werent cheap. Didnt liked that much that checked-out two days earlier to another place because some of us even got sick sleeping in cold rooms.
