I really liked the room size and delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and found a good parking slot for my vehicle. Wide and comfortable bed gave me a good night sleep that I needed.

The bed was too soft, the toiletries very basic (no lotion, an all in one shampoo and body wash), low water pressure, one of the blinds didn’t work. The AC unit is loud.

free parking only if there is space in the yard. if you want to park in the garage, you pay 40 zlotys per day. I didn't recomend go to the garage if you drive a bigger car. the worst thing is the sound insulation through the windows you will hear everything, cars, trams and if someone went outside you will be able to participate in the same discussion with people outside. the hotel is old, the price for two nights was 280 euros. the price is high compared to the fact that you live far from the center. I really expected better quality.

Initialy receptionist privided me poor quality room. When I entered room it smells dusty But on request he gave another room which was very nice. However receptionist did not seems happy to provide me another room. I would recommed other guest to check the room first and then decide to stay or ask receptionist to give another room.

Extremely BAD wifi in room 122 with periodic disconnections. I called the receptionist for help and I didn't receive it. The invoice is in polish, that could be problem for me...

Bed squeaking whole night, not recommended for good sleep. Neighboring rooms were too noisy knocking, banging doors in the night Proximity to tram and airport is a plus but no soundproofing you can hear both all night long.

The staff was polite and attentive. We raised a concern about no hot water in the shower and it was addressed promptly

Firstly, the hotel's facilities are very basic. Secondly, it is extremely noisy as it is located right below aircraft taking off/approach path. Finally, we had a bad experience with this hotel. We asked reception to order us a taxi to Modlin airport. We have checked the price with the reception, it was in line with what we read in the internet. In the morning when car picked us up and brought to Modlin, the price appeared twice of the amount we've been promised. We have complained to the taxi company dispatch that confirmed that price is much higher than shall be. We also called to the hotel reception that in the beginning looked helpful, but at the end told that they don't care. Interestingly, that taxi driver was also calling to hotel reception in between, so the receptionist and the driver could be connected. We had to pay in order not to miss the flight and did not receive the receipt. Typical scam driver that works in cooperation with the hotel and cheating tourists. We complained to transport authority of Warsaw and received the report that this particular taxi had no license to operate outside of Warsaw (where Modlin airport is) at all. The complaint was forwarded also to the Taxi\ authority for not providing the receipt.

If you need to stay in location that is close to the airport but has convenient transport link to Warsaw, that option might be good for you. The price might be good comparatively to a number of other options.
