No parking , there only street parking but good luck finding a spot , dead end super small street with parking only on the left side of the street. Had to leave my rental in a public parking a few blocks away and Uber.

my room had to be locked from the outside..room didn’t have a lot of lighting…the bugs can easily come through bottom of door

the Jacuzzi was burning extremely hot there’s no way to get in it. the rooms don’t have coffee maker’s ,refrigerator and no phones to communicate with front desk.

The bed was uncomfortable it needed a microwave and refrigerator. You can hear the other guests thin walls.

The location was good and staff was great. Love the hot tub and balcony oceanview.

The set up of the hotel is not "open" and too inviting. It appeared dark and gloomy. The pool in actually was a big hot tub, which is not how it was advertised. The toilet handle was missing, and the curtains did not move easily, though there wasn't much of a view b/c there was a white stucco wall that blocked the natural light. Also, the bed was supposed to be a queen but was two twin beds pushed together - not comfortable.

The room was clean and the people working there were very nice. The beds were soft and clean. A/C worked well. Bathroom was clean.

The room could have been a bit bigger and it was freezing when we checked in.

The beach nearby was beautiful and not touristy. The hotel and accomodations were quaint.

Hot water in shower didn't work too well.

The double king suite was perfect for our family, with completely separate sleeping space for the kids. Nice location right on the beach. The lobby and other shared spaces had a nice vibe. Historic building, clean, well-kept, and comfortable. No on-site parking, but easy enough to find street parking close by. The location was very low-key - a quieter/relaxing corner of San Juan. Raquel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The lack of help at the front desk. My husband and I arrived at 1:30 and the door was locked. once we were in, I let them know that we had family that would be flying in late, they said someone would be at the desk. We got an 11:30 pm call from our daughter saying their was no one at the desk to let them in. Our son arrived the next day with his family, same issue. The night workers just didn’t seem interested in helping at all.

We had a "run-in" with one of the hotel staff employees (during check-in) a week prior during our initial 3 day stay that put a damper on the evening. Fortunately, she was replaced with a very nice individual who was very friendly and helpful. There were no amenities in the room such as a coffee pot, microwave, and the room A/C didn't cool down the room.

It was close to the beach, but had a huge rundown hotel situated between the Acadia and the beach. We felt fairly secure inside the hotel room.

They approved early check in @ 2pm. Wasn’t ready until 3:30. I can understand they might have a mixup now and then. Girl @ check in was clearly sick. Girl on next shift was helpful and friendly. Guy the next morning told me to wait for him to get towels. Said he had to go get them. About 15 mins later I see him walk by the door with a drink in his hand and no towels. Clearly wasted my time on purpose to have an excuse to run to the store.

I requested a few times to check in earlier and it's very understandable that is not always available . First young lady I encounter was a but rude about my request to possibly check in earlier if available even if I had to pay .. we left out luggage and went for a walk. The young lady who check us in was completely different very nice and attentive. I stayed here a few years ago precruise . I like the location price is decent but time to upgrade furniture cute but old ..

Acacia should update their Booking listing. They closed their restaurant for COVID and do not serve breakfast. It also appears that they dropped their maintenance person for COVID. I was told that they make a list and call someone once a week, but I am doubting that it is even once a month. Issues like a leaky faucet don't spoil a visit, but a luggage holder broken in 3 places is annoying. We were in 2 different rooms and both had curtains bring hanging on 3 or 4 rings, and one room was cleaner than the other.

The staff was helpful when I had a problem not related to the property.

No coffee ..not just in the rooms but on the premises! Had to walk several blocks first thing in am to get a cup of coffee. Nice pool but for some reason it was being used as a large hot tub...made no sense in 86 degrees. Management didn't seem to organized.

Beautiful hotel ...charming artutcture with extensive tile work and stone. Very close to beach! Rooms comfortable and quiet. Nicely decorated...Pleasent staff.

The hotel itself had so much character. Loved the beautiful lobby and the light fixture that went up the stairway. The room was simple but full of character and the balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean! We had plenty of hot water for showers and the location was so close to the beach. An easy walk down the street and you had a lovely local beach
