Wasnt worth the price. I paid 774 for 3 nights. The T.V had alot of static you could hardly hear the movie and the AC was so loud it was hard too sleep and you had no choice too turn it on because the room was hot. No fridge which was a turn off. I was annoyed when the room was on the 3rd floor. Tried too relax in the pool but was too hot.

The staff was awful EXCEPT the staff when I arrived, but other than that no one came to clean the room, or brought us towels. The channels where limited on the TV.

What about the hotel I love is the location and the warm pool.I meet some nice people.

When it comes to room service and hygiene and cleanliness, they don’t offer a turnover service daily. In fact, I had to go to the front desk a few times besides staying there for six nights to ask for a change of towels or additional toilet paper or shampoo and conditioner or soap, they knocked on the door and threw the trash, but other than that, it was overflowing towards the end . I didn’t like the fact that they don’t offer more hangers for clothes. If we’re staying there for a week, two people, I think you’re supposed to calculate how many hangers we’re going to need and, offering five for two adults, not enough. There was room or space in the hotel room that I booked that had two chairs but seem to be missing a table if it was considered a breakfast nook so when I asked for a table, they said they didn’t have one. The keys don’t easily open the front door and the times there was nobody at the front desk that could buzz us in so we’d have to wait for a bit because the guy that supposed to let us in was on his phone instead of greeting us and opening the door for us. We interrupted him once and he got really mad and said that we broke the door knob so, really engaging.

The location is right by the beach, so it’s really accessible and it’s also near a very busy and popular street called Loiza. And if you’re a big group and you’re sharing several hotel rooms, it gives you a sense of familiarity, so that was nice.

Bathroom door doesn’t keep privacy sound wise. AC didn’t have a remote (or we just couldn’t find it) for us to control room temp. No elevators. It was a struggle getting up and down the stairs with huge luggages.

They can 100% be more accommodating for earlier check in. I arrived at the hotel at 11am and I had previously emailed them to let them know of my early arrival. I also let them know that i had meetings to take and they still were not accommodating and made me take me private and confidential work calls in the lobby. They can absolutely improve this.

Minor maintenance issues could be addressed. A small refrigerator in the room would be very useful.

The building has a lot of charm and a beautiful pool area. The restaurant is wonderful.

It's really loud no matter where your room is. Ours overlooked the hot tub and there were always people shouting late into the night. Also the only way to access the room is with a single key and they charge you a ridiculously high fee if you misplace it. There was hardly anyone at the front desk either and staff never talked to you unless necessary. The bedding on the bed was clean, but not very comfortable. We were not able to control the water temperature in the shower either, and they only gave us cheap shampoo and no conditioner. Overall, just slightly too expensive for what it is.

Amazing location! It's so close to the beach and the neighborhood is lovely. Close to just about everything you'd want to check out in San Juan. The large hot tub is incredible and was great for the days we didn't want to get beat up by the ocean. Niche, the restaurant in the hotel, is delicious and was a great option.

My sheets were not clean and it was overall a very dirty room. Shower still had soap shards from previous occupant. Furniture had debris from former occupants. Check in is difficult. Old school locks on the room doors and felt unsafe at times.

Location is excellent. I had a small room with a huge ocean facing balcony. It’s like a one minute walk to the beach and in a neighborhood that is quiet but very accessible to restaurants. Good ac in room.
