Well the indoor bars were closed,the carpet in the hallways were worn out and needed to be replaced, and the hot tub didn't get hot.

The breakfast at Denny's was mediocre at best. I received a plate with hash browns that were black, hard, and greasy. In addition to that the wait was long. The hotel websites indicated that the hotel had multiple restaurants and pools. While staying there only two restaurants were open. Also two additional pools were not open for use. The game room was also closed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to many restaurants and places to do excursions. Many things are in walking distance including Walgreens and CVS.

Most of the things I didn't like were things that they couldn't help. They seemed short staff (who isn't today, COVID), and they still had some damage from Hurricane Maria, but with COVID they've been unable finish the repairs. Also I visited about 2 weeks after restrictions were lifted on the whole Island.

The Location was about $10 uber ride, They had a beach next to it, and the pool was SUPER FUN its open late. It's also about 10 minutes to and from the Airport. If you want to be in town it's a nice place to stay.

Vivian at the front desk was great. But the other two front desk work and one of the host at the front were horrible. I asked to leave my bags so me my wife and kids could go get something to eat and the gentleman kept telling me one moment... the one moment turned into 20 minutes. He kept dealing with other guest that came after me and then said my apologies I totally forgot you were there. Roof had hair in bed and dirty towels. We requested a microwave that a front desk worker told us would be there and the never sent it up. There were a lot of rats running around at the pool area also.

Alot of the restaurants and bars weren't open, my balcony didn't have chairs, the glass door to the balcony was dirty and they only had one elevator working. Also the carpets needed to be cleaned, musty smell when you first walked in.

The hotel is right near restaurants and bars and even though the elevator was out we were okay with walking down the steps. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that housekeeping was only available two days a week. We picked Tues and Thurs for housekeeping services. However, I repeatedly ask for housekeeping to come on Thurs. and they didn't. By 9pm, a staff member stood outside our room with a large bag and asked us to hand him the garbage. He did the same thing with our dirty towels. Afterwards, he came back with a roll of toliet tissue and soap that was requested.

The price was right but the hotel was a dump. The hotel has at least 4 bars on the premises however not one of them was up and running. When asked why, I was told capacity restrictions were ordered by the Governor. However, we visited other hotel bars that was up and running.

The property location is beautiful!, however our rooms air conditioning unit was leaking like a faucet. The only time it stopped is when we turn it off! Room hot. Not ok We book a ocean front and we got there they said we did not knowing I did! That was not ok either

My room smelled like mildew. Cleaning crew came twice in 6 days. Hotel advertised 3 restaurants. The swim up bar was only open till 6 pm. The restaurant inside was only open for breakfast. Sign said 9 am to 12 pm however I went for breakfast at 10 am and they were closed. I left the hotel at 2 am on may 31 and was charged for the entire day even though check out is at 12. Service was not great. Tried several times to call front desk at night and never got an answer. I absolutely love Puerto Rico and come yearly. I will not be spending 3000.00 to come back to your establishment. For that kind of money I should at least get free parking. Which was a whopping 35.00 a day. Outrageous. Your “ convienent store” charged me 30.00 for a small bottle of sunscreen. Everything was overpriced. Just shameful.

The staff when we checked in were rude and not helpful. The building is failing apart. It looks run down. Only 1 elevator worked in lobby. Rust, hard water stains were everywhere. It wasn’t a luxury hotel. It could have been at one point. Not to mention the area around it was not paradise. Abandoned buildings, sketchy things were happing. For lack of a better word it was ghetto.

Honestly was not impressed.
