Although we already knew it, it is far away from Universal Studios. If you are visiting Disney, location is good.

Rooms has a good size for two people. Breakfast is good but not as good as my previous stay a couple of years ago.

Gave us a recently renovated room at check it. Clean, nothing fancy or special. New paint on walls, that was poorly applied, noticable streaking, light and dark areas. Paint above toilet was peeling. Mirror above sink not update, shows missing silvering from years of service. Updated lamps and ceiling lamp oversized and tacky. Shower head would not stay in place, kept slipping towards and spraying wall. Floor creaked when standing in tub and walking across the floor. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Could hear constant road traffic and people above walking incessively back and forth. Third stay in 2 months. May not be back.

Breakfast: Limited selection - cereals, fruit, yoghurt, waffles, coffee, juices, eggs. Breakfast Staff: Rude and controlling. Would tell you to push your chair in as you were sitting at your table. Would readjust your seating as you were seated. It was one staff member in particular. Very strange woman. Air Conditioning: Smelled like mould. Left the room very humid. Couldn't open the windows.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the space centre and lakes around the area for photography. Parking: Ample parking available. We were able to park in the shade and close to our room. Location: Within walking distance of several nice restaurants and shops. Nice base for us as we explored the nature in the vicinity. WiFi: No connectivity issues. Room: Very dated and old. Could do with renovations. Bed: Comfortable and large. We slept well. Bathroom: Shower and toilet are separate. Bathroom sink is located within the bedroom itself. Nice lighting. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. Laundry: We accessed the laundry room. You can purchase laundry powder from reception. You will need the reception staff to operate the machines for you after you pay. The laundry is accessible all day and night. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Tea & Coffee Facilities: Available in our room but we didn't use them.

The place could use some TLC. It's feeling a bit neglected and outdated. A renovation would make a big difference.

Wi-Fi was not working on the first day, it started working when we came back at around 11 pm on 2nd day. Variety of breakfast could have been better.

There are no chest drawers in the suites, this makes long stays very difficult cos you have to live out of your bag. Even the standard rooms did not have any drawers. You get 6-8 hangers in the sink area, that's it. Will consider this hotel for short stays only in the future.

Perfect location from Disney Theme Parks. Exactly 1.5 miles to get to World drive. Many restaurants in the area. Walmart also close by if you forgot any essentials. Clean breakfast area.

Traffic in the immediate area is intense so be aware and be patient. The mattress could have been better.

The staff here seems exceptionally good. Always friendly and caring, way above average for this area. Great location near lots of fun stuff. Room was nice...quiet too. We will be back.

There offer breakfast, and you MUST have the food there. One morning my kid was cranky and I took an apple as I was running late for the park, the hotel staff requested not to carry food outside dining area so I had to return the apple. Weird!

One aspect of my stay that fell short of expectations was the discrepancy regarding the breakfast service. Contrary to what was advertised on the booking.com page for the hotel, the promised 'grab and go' breakfast option was not available. Attempts to take food for an early start at the parks were met with direct intervention from the staff, who ensured no items were taken out. Furthermore, clearer communication from the front desk staff regarding the location of the free shuttle bus service to the parks would have been greatly appreciated. The pickup point, tucked away behind the parking lot, was not easily noticeable. Unfortunately, this lack of precise information led to me missing the bus on one occasion due to misdirection. A simple heads-up or clearer signage would significantly enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very happy with it. The hotel was super clean everywhere, which made me feel comfortable. Also, it's in a great spot. It was easy to walk to lots of places like restaurants and shops. I strongly suggest opting for Lyft or UBER for your visits to the Disney parks and Universal Studios, given their proximity to the hotel. Considering the high cost of car rentals in Orlando, utilizing these ride-sharing services proves to be a more economical and hassle-free option. I really recommend this hotel because of how clean it is and its location. It made my trip much better and I'd definitely stay here again.

When entering the room upon return there was always a damp smell. Once in room it seem to go away or we adjusted to it and it seemed to go away.

However the maintenance is the key problem. We had to change rooms solely because the shower didn't drain - at all (Room 114). This should have never cleared cleaning checkout. The second room (Room 205), the shower worked, but had critical maintenance high priority needs. 1. The shower faucet was not caulked to the tile and water flowed into the backwall. 2. The front door seal was failed and let bugs and air in/out. 3. The shower curtain was ripped all across the top, while still barely functional it is not on brand with Quality Inn. 4. Dead bug are in the overhead light in the shower.

Excellent staff and breakfast. Cleaning of the rooms and property was great as well. Rooms were modernized and very clean and fit within the top end of Quality Inn branding.

The property was clean but it’s just an older hotel. The room entrances were from the outside. And we could every movement of those staying on the floor above us.

The location was close to our destination. It was easy to find and very accessible. The check was quick and efficient. The staff were pleasant.

The staff at the desk were no where’s to be found for 20 minutes. We just had to sit and wait. Even tried calling the hotel and the phone just rang and rang. After that we were given a room that was under construction and had construction equipment all over it
