We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very good value. The pool and beach were wonderful, it is close to the airport, and the staff was very good. I recommend the hotel unless you are looking for luxury accommodations.

United StatesIt’s close proximity to the airport made for some noisy rumblings while relaxing outside but the rooms were quite soundproof so sleeping was not disturbed.
The resort was beautiful and well cared for with breathtaking views of palm trees and sandy beaches. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool was clean and refreshing. As a solo traveler I always felt safe and cared for.

United StatesFood in the only restaurant is acceptable but to our taste wasn't that great There are no nearby store or restaurants, you have to walk about 15 min to a different neighborhood to find one The room was good but the balcony door was broken and I had to lift it to lock it The airport is nearby and you can hear the plane loud noise every few minutes, so watch out if you're a light sleeper. The room could be insulated better

United StatesToo short of stay and I did not engage in any excursion. I was surprised but welcome the fact that daily room cleaning was provided. Although, in the states, most room cleaning is by request only. This is not to knock the daily room cleaning but I thought is was a good gesture.
We enjoyed the staff courtesy and professionalism. The hospitality was warm, welcoming and timely. The food was very good and plentiful. I enjoyed the pool atmosphere and outdoor seating/setting.

The hotel is on a prime ocean front location. I booked a two Queen beds garden view and I got a King size bed looking at the view of roof utility. Not what I expected or paid for—I paid for a garden view and the front desk person was not transparent enough to disclosed such information and give us the best option. That was very disappointing. In addition, I’m a member and the price including taxes per night was $199 at the Bonvoy si I find the price at booking dishonest for charging me more.

United StatesI didn't like the food and the birds and what they leave behind on the chairs and no attempt to constantly clean the chairs. I feel there should be some sort of discouragement to feed the birds so they won't come but they are being feed.
I loved that I could walk out the back of the hotel right onto the beach. I appreciated the covid protocols.

United StatesMy two biggest complaints is that guests did NOT respect the signs of two people on an elevator unless you’re a family group. PR is a high risk area for COVID-19 and guests should respect others. They didn’t care and would hop on the elevator when two people were already riding. Some would not have a mask stating they forgot it. There are 4 elevators and they are quick so waiting for the next one is not an inconvenience. It wasn’t that bad our first few days at the beginning of the week but by the time Thursday came, weekend guests were arriving and it quickly got worse. My second complaint is the strong smell of marijuana near entrances, especially the outside bar area. We all want to have a good time on vacation but it would be better if they were told to step away from the entrance areas so others don’t have to smell weed while dining. There are plenty of areas to smoke weed away from the crowds and dining areas. This should be enforced by resort staff.
The resort was clean when we arrived and staff kept up with housekeeping throughout our trip. The resort is 5 minutes away from the airport; sounds of planes were NOT a bother for me. I appreciated being very close so I could enjoy every minute of my vacay. I loved how they kept the lobby cool and smelling like roses. As far as the front desk staff, most were rude but we didn’t allow it to ruin our trip. The front desk manager, Orlando, was fantastic and helped us close out our bill. When we arrived, we asked to pay in full but the front desk person did not charge the whole amount. Orlando graciously assisted us with the matter and resolved it in minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

United StatesMy only complaint about the property was the pool where the Papaya bar is located. The water was cloudy and full of debris the entire time we were there. I also nicknamed this pool the Pee pool, because it’s full of adults, drinking all day, and there is NO restroom poolside, and you’ll notice that no one ever gets out… Other than that, we loved this place!
It’s a gorgeous property. The beach is wonderful, the room was nice and clean, all of the staff was extremely friendly.
