There was problems with ac and people complaining a lot. Waking up and other guests were problematic.

Center of San Juan, staff super nice. Provided towels. The only thing is me and my friend booked 1 bed for 2 people assuming we would share but then when we got to the hostel it was 1 bed per person. I wish that was mentioned before booking. So just keep that in mind if ur planning to share a bed with ur friend.

It could be noisy outside at night. Mosquitoes but that can't be helped. At least they're not inside the dorm rooms.

It provided curtains for each bed and a locker for each guest so you get a bit of privacy and security in the shared dormitories. Also, air-conditioning. It was walking distance to Old San Juan and to the beaches. Toilets and showers were plenty and were cleaned nicely. Shared work space was large and roomy, with free coffee and tea.

The hostel is located walking distance to the forts, the shopping and dining in old San Juan. The staff is friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt safe, the set of the bathroom is convenient and clean throughout the day.

Friendly staff, free cold water bottles and a water machine, plenty of space ,the beds are larger than twin size, maybe twin xl or full size Comfy . Near the bus stop. Old San Juan attractions are walking distance. Good price for hostel.

Cold air conditioning at night & beddings pretty light, so carry an extra layer.

Helpful staff, clean place, I like the personal lighting at each bed. Beds are big & comfortable. Easy to make friends if they are receptive. Ubers around are affordable & the cars + drivers super excellent.

Really noisy in the morning, they were doing some construction near the hostel. Cold during the nights, it was under 75, all the roommates were complaining, when I went to ask for an extra blanket the redhead receptionist was rude, I didn’t got an extra blanket, did not got an explanation, even tho I was happy to pay for the blanket, I asked her to change the temperature. She came upstairs with a AC remote, she made the room even colder but I happy to be alive after the look she gave me, she was obviously irritated by my request.

Close to the beach, close to Old San Juan. All the Uber drivers know that the facility is for women only, I was impressed to see that they would wait a few extra minutes until I am inside the hotel and only than leave. Nice staff in the first part of the day.

From my point of view, I found it a bit pricy for a last minute night addition regarding the quiet area and few services available. The overall experience was great.

Nice and helpful staff, clean and modern place. Beds are double beds, even in a 6 bedrooms. Super comfy and quiet if you're looking for a relaxing stay. 15min walking from the old San Juan. No breakfast included but there is tea available near the reception, The cafe next door is very lovely tho - and good healthy selection. There is nice food place around as well.

the ceiling is a little low for my fellow tall ladies, it’s also pretty rough, i cut my finger on it (a very small cut). Room mates are sometimes unfortunately inconsiderate, i know that’s something the hostel can’t quite help but i had someone hang their clothes to dry on the ladder to climb up and down my bed and had to decide on not getting down or stepping on her stuff to access it. Another roommate was incredibly noisy and woke just about everyone around 2 am which wasn’t the loveliest.

the location is amazing, i went to Escambron beach and it was beautiful (only like a 15 minute walk) I also recommend trying misfit kitchen if it’s open during your stay, it’s right in the parking lot. The staff were also incredible friendly and helpful! And bring your reusable water bottles, they have a fresh cold water dispenser right in the lobby (they also offered me bottled water free of charge)

Absolutely loved it! Great place everything’s close. It’s full of women feels more safer and everyone was very nice and welcoming! Absolutely recommend and at such a good price. Water was hot showers nice bed was comfy, best place to be in SJ and not spend money.

They blast the AC, and refused to give me an extra blanket (the 1 isn’t much of a blanket to begin with). I’ve stayed at many hostels that blast AC but I have never been refused an extra blanket (or 2!) before.

The air conditioning in the room was very high and the plug near my bed was not working. Also, I would have loved a curtain on the bed to have more privacy.

I liked the location which was in old San Juan 20 minutes walk from the center and all the attractions, 15 minutes by car from the airport. Also, there are a few restaurants, a shop, a food track, and a co-working (which belongs to the hostel) next to it. The staff is very friendly, the bed comfy and the place well-organized.

I didn't like the brightness of the bedside lamps (other people left theirs on and it was too bright). I also found the hallway light too bright.

I liked cleanliness, location, size and comfort of beds. I liked USB phone charging available at the bed. I liked availability of fridge.

The AC in the rooms were too cold, I think I got ill from it.

The communication from start to finish was phenomenal! I had asked questions before the date I needed to check in and the staff were attentive to my queries. When I checked in, the lovely lady, Ivanna, at the reception was really welcoming and made sure I was helped with my bags up to my room. It was a bonus that I was able to check in early too, even though I had to pay an extra night as my plane landed at 3am that morning. When I asked the afternoon staff about recommendations of places to eat, they knew right away where. The location is convenient to restaurants, ATMs and the beach/seafront! It was only a lovely 3 min chill walk to there! The room was clean, the toilets were clean. The showers could be a little bit cleaner though but it was very decent.

Some of the staff can be less ‘fake friendly’ that’s the only downside but didn’t matter overall!

The hostel and the room are spot on and sparking clean!! I loved the super comfy and king size bed (in the dorm !!) Check in at any time as there is 24/24 reception.
