A lot of the time, there was no front desk person. Sometimes, our room wasn’t cleaned and that was frustrating.

Breakfast was really delicious and I liked how the rooms were decorated.

The shower had no pressure to it and took a long time to heat up. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed which was an issue for us early to bed types.

This hotel is located on an unattractive side street. Exit the hotel and you pass a dumpster, and several loading bays. We were very disappointed with the view of the lagoon. It was not as shown in the pictures on booking.com.

The room was nice but there were a few things that need to be fixed - 1) the shower is in a glass casing but the sealant to keep the water in the shower was broken for water when the shower would be in use water would seep onto the floor where the bed was. 2) The room wasn't cleaned properly. Found trash behind the bed, in the closet and hair on the sheets once we pulled back the blankets. Small issues but not enough to keep me away.

The hotel is very welcoming and just quaint with alot of fabulous detail. The staff was amazing - always attentive, responsive and making sure all your needs were met, the rooftop was a nice place to relax, take in the beautiful scenery and the location you couldn't beat. Walking distance to over 20 clubs and restaurants.

The amenities did not meet expectations of a boutique hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised and when we requested one, we received a non-operative Nespresso machine with an old coffee pod stuck inside that could not be removed. When reported no action was taken to replace it. Also we were provided a broken iron (with the warning that it might be broken) which we required to iron our attire for evening event. A little attention to these “small” details will make a difference.

The staff was excellent, the evening person Amanda was superb! Very friendly and helpful! The room though humid was very nice and loved the inside and outside showers. We were greeted by Amanda with a local drink, Coquito, very nice touch ❤️

Supposed bathtub in our honeymoon suite was a bit of a joke looks like a fountain the water comes from the ceiling took an hour to fill up by then the waters cold

The AC could not be shut off or turned up. Room service was not available and we were asked to have breakfast at the sister hotel. Pool was not working. The hotel restaurant is not open on Sunday's or Monday's. Purchased a package that included bath salts and rose petals for the outdoor shower but when arrived the shower /tub was empty.

Very comfortable bed. Loved the outdoor shower and swing. Super friendly staff and amazing service.

The elevator was out of order and the a/c was very difficult to work. We would hit the turn off button but it never turned off. It was freezing in our room.

I loved the decor of the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved the balcony with the fountain, very relaxing and comfortable. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear everything from the room. The elevator was out of service and that’s understandable but the noise of people working on it was terrible, was able to hear all the workers, everyone that came up and down, street noise. Just wished that the room was a little more sound proof to be able to sleep.

We wanted to stay in a boutique hotel and be able to enjoy the amenities. This was weekend get away with my husband before going on to the rest of the island, and planed on spending an afternoon at the pool, happy hour at the rooftop and enjoy the views. However, the bar doesn’t open until 5pm and they were holding a wedding so we couldn’t be on the rooftop the Saturday night we planned to be there. It was disappointing and being a small hotel there is no other area to hang out and have a drink. It was disappointing that the rooftop was not available to their own guests. We tried their sister hotel, but that wasn’t the vibe we were looking for. Would go back but would first ask if there is an event that blocks their only amenity area.

I phoned after I notice my book and shades was not in my luggage in which I spoke with someone and they stated that their was no book left. I then asked to speak to a manger after the person became hostile. She informed me no manger was on site and the manger "Miguel" would give me a call. That was on Friday and its now Monday and I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to my concerns.

The personal at the front desk was very much helpful. For the most part staff was welcoming. The suite was also beautiful and relaxing.

It was underwhelmed, I would have expected more from a luxury boutique hotel. The shower is beautiful but didn’t work properly, the pressure was low and the water didn't warm up. I missed some basic functionalities in the room, such as hooks for towels, electric outlet and a switcher for the side table lamp.

The hotel is very charming in a quiet street and close to a beautiful lagoon. The rooftop is nice and has a great view of the city. The L’Occitane bathroom amenities were a good surprise. The bed was great, the mattress was firm as I like it and the pillows and linen were quite comfortable.

no facilities, everything was at the sister hotel across the road. check in was super strict and not possible before the official time. shower was kind of planted I. the room.,Balkons with bath was visible from the balcony next door so I didn’t use it. sloppy floor.
