Well one of the waiters at the rooftop was very rude . She was mad because we didn’t tip her on both of our tabs when we just gave her a $30 tip on a $150. She was just rude

Constant construction. I woke up to drilling so loud early in the morning. I couldn’t believe it. I was supposed to receive a discount for my inconvenience but I never received it. Also the air conditioning was so loud and the place had a moldy smell.

The location right near the beach was good. The staff members were nice at the front desk, the door man and the guys on the beach.

There was paint stains on the doors etc it did not look good at all. we had to request a room change because it was not as shown in the listing. The staff was also very loud while we were having breakfast. it was very ignorant of them.

I didn’t like the bar service in the hotel way to expensive and the drinks were weak. I ordered a piña colada my fiancé order a corona and the corona was in a small can and my piña colada was so milky it made my stomach hurt I couldn’t finish it to top it off for the smallest drinks it was 27$ we felt completely ripped off. Also the room has no storage no dressers also the bed is very very hard. Feels like you are sleeping on springs with a sheet for the amount of money I was being charged I expected better. On a scale of 1-10 I would give this hotel a 6 too expensive for the service and things you received from this place you’d be better off staying somewhere else or getting an Air B&B for a total of 1779$ for 4 nights

Furnishings were spartan and a little dated. They were having a birthday party on the rooftop restaurant until 2am with LOUD, booming music that we could FEEL all the way down to the third floor, even with earplugs in our ears. When calling the front desk about it they shrugged us off saying they had no control over it. 🤷‍♂️😡

Location was EXCELLENT, right on a very nice beach. Bed was very comfortable.

There was a disturbing heavily ammonia smell in the toilet. .s Maybe Adjusting the water temp was a challenge. Furniture is totally dated. The TV wasn't user friendly.

Check in was fast and friendly. Restaurant staff downstairs were amazing! Offered options for things to do including historical facts. Excellent location!

beds had very minimal and thin linen/bedding and we were very cold every night. There is no phone or clock in the room - in any of the rooms we used. The floors made the room uncomfortable because it's all hard tile with no rug or soft surface, not even a small floor mat to wipe sand off your feet - my feet, knees and back were in so much pain from the hard tile by the end of my stay, and we kept getting sand in the bed from not having anything to wioe our feet on. The thing about this place that bothered us the most and made our stay the most uncomfortable and unenjoyable however, was the lack of surfaces to put things. Not one table, dresser, surface to put a bag or clothes- everything had to be on the floor, basically living out of a suitcase the entire stay. We stayed there with family that had 3 rooms and all were the same - no table, no dresser, side tables were tiny and had no drawers, no closet, absolutely no storage in either three rooms whatsoever! The room was a constant mess just because there was nowhere to put anything! It made the stay very uncomfortable. One of our three rooms didn't have a fridge, one had a mini fridge, and one had almost a full sized fridge which we all thought was a bit odd. Also the shower design was horrible and water came out of the shower and splashed all over everything in the bathroom! But our biggest issue that will keep us from coming back would be the lack of storage, that was super super frustrating. I feel like these are pretty easy things to improve, and if these easy improvements would be made, I would give the place a 10/10!

The good: spectacular location, couldn't be closer to the gorgeous beach with incredible sand. Literally 15 steps from the beach! Staff were so so nice, very clean, rooms are huge. Lots of convenient stores like Walgreens and cvs close within walking distance, and metropol Restaurant not too far with great food.
