We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel in Belem is very beautiful, my room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They answered all of my questions and they gave me directions to the Church of Nativity. It had only been 20 minutes and I have enjoyed looking around and getting to know Bethlehem a bit more. The breakfast was also very good.

The location is superb. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel was not crowded. And the staff are super nice and hospitable.

United KingdomThe staff and owner, Jeries, were excellent. Jeries is very knowledgeable with local information. Our journey would not have been as well managed had it not been for his assistance especially as I have a 1 year old baby and 84 year old mother. We had a number of challenges prior to the leaving the UK, but everything was answered ahead which gave us the confidence to want to book again with the same hotel having stayed there the once.

Especially receptionist Jessica, who was super helpful, translating Arabic to English for me and giving good advise about the city.

Excellent location! Michael went out of his way to help us plan our trip and upgraded our rooms to the top floor so we had an amazing balcony. Felt like a home away from home.
