The views were spectacular, the bed soft and comfortable, lots of seating options including a hammock on the porch, well stocked kitchen...a great little setup! We enjoyed the town a lot and the snack-bar down the road was excellent for a quick bite. And there is a superb specialty coffee roaster in the town itself that is 10/10!”

“Keys were under the doormat when we arrived 1:30 AM in the morning due to a delayed flight. Nice to have a small cottage/bungalow as our basecamp to explore the wet of Madeira. We left in the morning and returned from our tips and hikes after sunset. Waking up to the sounds of nature and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Steep and windy roads to get to the place - but so are most roads here on the island :-)”
