“Right next door to the Palace, free parking inside and outside the Pousada grounds, excellent WiFi speed (considering the thick walls)
Very spacious rooms, separate wardrobe and armchairs corners, plenty of English speaking channels on the TV, central heating in the room worked well. Entire hotel was warm with fireplaces in the several lounges. Complimentary bottle of water daily.
Easy walk into town centre and good choice of restaurants that were opened despite middle of winter. Close excess to the Armoury & Hunting museums (very impressive) and Castle.”
